you are hopeless if you think that you are the pinnacle fashion's gold standard and there is absolutely no "advice" here. I post those shirts and the first response is "catshit". really good! and if you think the pretentious vomit that rusty has been spewing is "advise" then you need to look up advice's definition by the way, this is the first supreme anything that I've ever bought, I shopped around around a dozen stores and these were the shirts i like the most
The problem isn't the response you got, but how you responded to that response. Rusty has is pretty clever when it comes to design, but he is also very opinionated. It's hypocritical of you to call Rusty out for being like this because you are not willing to accept any form of negative response. I like streetwear like Stussy but I've never been a big fan of Supreme. I like some of their jackets, but those shirts were pretty amateur from a design point of view. They are hype, much like many other streetwear brands, and I doubt you would of paid the same amount of money if it said Supreme more discreetly or not at all. I know you probably started posting in FULS before me or have been more active than me for longer, but I started in FULS when I was like 13 or 14? And I've been through many changes and changed my style many times and even if someone calls your £100 Jacket you've just brought an abomination to fashion and you may not agree, then you can apply this to what people you are surrounded by might think. Whether or not the people around you are as opinionated as Rusty is, is another question.
I miss Lemonator we haven't had a "you aren't any better than the rest of us because you bought a $300 shirt" argument for a while
I didn't think I'd miss the guy, but I do miss his unhealthy obsession with high fashion
I didn't think I'd miss the guy, but I do miss his unhealthy obsession with high fashion
Speaking of him, I bought a vintage woolrich plaid jacket today off ebay, from the 1960's and I chuckled because it had YKK zips. I thought to myself "Good, anything else is just poverty."
this thread is really just people posting all of their own unique styles and fashions and then people of different fashions disagreeing with it. i dont think that was what this thread was originally for in the very beginning. It isn't "Post your outfit" or "Post your style" imo it was meant for people who couldn't dress properly or nicely. hence the title "fix up" and "look sharp."

if it was called the swag thread then, that was then. for the longest time it has been FULS
I blame you for this.
I blame you for this.
you look fine. you might want to get a different haircut at some point but atm it's alright
Yeah your haircut accentuates your receding hairline/high forehead might want to change that
The haircut looked fine before, because I had some sense of masculinity to offset it. Now it's androgynous. But, let's say I do get a haircut... Which, I'll be honest, I haven't actually had it styled in years. I've always been one of the "two inches off every side" people. What would you guys recommend?
...There is nothing androgynous or feminine about it [editline]4th November 2013[/editline] nor did the beard affect it in any way

post more pictures because that one is no good
I blame you for this.
I think you look much better
what kind of shoe care product can i use on matte-ish leather shoes (that won't make them shine out the asshole)
what kind of shoe care product can i use on matte-ish leather shoes (that won't make them shine out the asshole)
if it's matte why would you want to use product on it? serious question
So it doesn't disintegrate in the rain?
what do you guys think of these? [img_thumb]http://www.blackdiamondsports.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/v/n/vn-0u1wakh.jpg[/img_thumb] saw them while browsing for a new pair of sneakers and kinda liked them.
So it doesn't disintegrate in the rain?
okay yeah. i misinterpreted the question, i was thinking polish, not general shoe care product.
Beeswax is normally pretty matte... Why not try that?

Shit never dies in FULS
This is why I would never take up a Fashion major in University.
if it's matte why would you want to use product on it? serious question
to buff out all the marks and wear on it? [editline]4th November 2013[/editline] to clarify, i dont mean waterproofing. i mean something to bring it closer to how it looked when new, but not make it glossy.
Are any of these jackets not shit? Sorry if they're all shit
not a fan of the pockets but they're nice
the last one is probably the least shit, but with regards to whether you would pull it off i have no idea. certainly there are better jackets, butt it's not bad [editline]4th November 2013[/editline] the last one is probably the least shit, but with regards to whether you would pull it off i have no idea. certainly there are better jackets, but it's not bad
Ideas for jackets that are good in your opinion? I have brown hair/eyes, fairly average frame (75kg/180cm)
i don't know, that's tough. depends on the caliber of jacket you're looking for. i don't know whether it gets extremely cold where you live, but parkas seem to be really popular in this thread. [editline]4th November 2013[/editline] though i suppose that's more of a coat than a jacket
