Oh, so this guy gets to keep his beard?
...Okay...
Yes because he actually pulls it off
Yes because he actually pulls it off
He does, doesn't he?

Looking for opinions on the glasses.
These are just vanity-glasses, I usually wear contacts and I don't currently have prescription glasses but I was going to get a new pair soon.
I like the frame style on these, so I was going to go with something like this and probably just start wearing glasses instead of contacts because I feel like I look more approachable with glasses.
Something about them looks really feminine but I really don't know what
He does, doesn't he?
what are you even asking?
Something about them looks really feminine but I really don't know what
it's the eyes
ok but like ive said before and like how everyone else agreed there are no emos any more and very skinny jeans are incredibly normal. maybe not for you, but plenty of other non-emos.
it's just occurred to me that all the emos from 2002 are going to be like almost thirty by now lmao

i like it, wasn't too pricey either
You know, I actually see Emos on campus occasionally. Not often, but they're there. Jet black hair, trench coats, those weird bracelets with the spikes on...
Something about them looks really feminine but I really don't know what
Its because hes Zac Efron.
Maybe its the rectangular frames. Try some wayfarers or something, I think theyd fit you as well too

I think you are confusing them with goths.
Something about them looks really feminine but I really don't know what
I always associate these glasses with female secretaries wearing a ponytail.

so you're saying people have the balls to dress full goth in your town, but you can't try on some skinny jeans? umm
do you guys like boat shoes? i need something nice to wear with shorts
do you guys like boat shoes? i need something nice to wear with shorts
Let me explain this to you in a way you couldn't possibly misinterpret:

boats can be nice, but i couldn't see them with shorts
So what are good shoes to wear with shorts then? No converses
I think 511's are the best of both worlds, technically still skinny jeans, just not 'super skinny' like the 510's.
On a more interesting note, what would you do about a roommate who totally decides to steal your style, buy the exact same clothes as you and even change into extremely similar clothing when going to the same fucking class. My room mate even went so far as to see that I bought 5 pair of levis from the store, and two days later he got his parents to give him money and he went out to the same store and bought the same fucking 5 pair, same fit, color and everything. I buy white tshirts, he buys white tshirts, I buy a Henley, he buys a Henley, I buy leather boots, he bought black leather boots. It's insane, It's hurting out friendship and he doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong with looking just like me. He even got his hair cut 'similar' to mine after having long hair for the last 5 years. He used to not give one fuck about clothing and wore the same pair of jeans every day for a year, now in the last two months he is straight up copying me. He made fun of my trucker jacket two months ago when I got it, and just two days ago he comes back from lunch with his parents and apparently they went shopping and got him a very similar levis jacket. Mind you, he's 23. It's freaking bonkers, and it's a situation I've never had to deal with. Girls have the unspoken thing that you don't wear what someone else is wearing, but it doesn't seem like guys do for some reason. The only thing that seems to work is to straight up call him out every time (nearly every day) he dresses like me after seeing what I put on, and then he'll go change into his normal style of some videogame graphic T and chucks.
Any of you guys have a similar experience?
He even started wearing an old broken watch that doesn't tell time after I started wearing watches just so he could have the same look. Insane.
have fun tricking him into buying terrible-looking things.
boats can be nice, but i couldn't see them with shorts
i can only seem them with shorts tbh. unless your pants are rolled up but i dont really wanna do that
do you guys like boat shoes? i need something nice to wear with shorts
nah, boat shoes are awful. really preppy and only suitable for boats (but not even then).
and also i personally hate shorts but realise nobody else agrees with me on that. but whatever. fuck shorts.

It's not that I don't agree, I would def rather not wear shorts
It's your bizarre assertions that wearing jeans is perfectly comfortable in blazing hot weather and doesn't contribute to body temperature in any way that I disagree with

how is it a bizarre assertion when its factually true for me
how is it a bizarre assertion when its factually true for me
You're very different to the average Australian. Not criticising your choice (or how your body works), it's just interesting.
Cause it makes no fucking sense
Granted I didn't grow up here, I have lower tolerance for heat in everyday situations than most people, but every motherfucker in australia wears shorts and other summer clothing when it's hot, I've never met anyone with similar claims to yours
australia isnt even that hot, apart from a few odd heat waves. i wore jeans in sweltering harlem heat and blistering dry las vegas heat and my legs felt as fine as usual.
So, I'm stuck in that awkward stage of I can either get a haircut and go back to having shorter hair or wait and make it semi passable until I can actually do some decent mid-length styling.
The problem I am facing is the last haircut I got blew, really need to try a new place.

This is literally the best I can do with my hair currently. Everything else just looks odd.
Don't gel it forward like that, if anything push it back
Don't gel it forward like that, if anything push it back
I've been trying that, the pic is a few days old. It's just awkward right now I guess, I should probably just get it cut, gelling it is weird because of how my hair naturally lays and such.
Yeah that photo looks like it's been pasted down and that is baaaad
get a decent matte paste, run it through and lift it a bit, keeping it close on the sides and back.

Yeah, I'm way better off getting it cut, my hair looks way better cut short because of how it lays naturally, I was just thinking for the winter it'd be nice to have some hair. It just depends on how much I want to fight my hair.
