Fix Up! Look Sharp v9: Winged shoes don't make you look fly

Buying a Carhartt watch is very poor choice in my opinion. They don't make watches, they make workwear and that's what they do best. If you want a cheap watch, buy a Timex, or a Casio. Buy something from a company that actually makes watches. Carhartt is just putting a logo on a generic Chinese watch and calling it a Carhartt watch.
In fact, that whole Carhartt Work in Progress division looks pretty bad. It's got nothing to do with Carhartt's long standing heritage or direction. None of the products have any connection to true carhartt, besides the signature color here and there and the little embroidered C tag, it might as well be an entirely different brand. I don't even see anything in the WIP line that uses Carhartts signature 12oz heavy duty cotton duck fabric that is what makes them so durable and good and that almost every single carhartt jacket uses here.
I'm looking for a good and not "classy neckbeard" watch, any idea ?
depends whether you want a digital or analogue watch
i currently wear one of these and I'm constantly getting compliments on it
[t]http://www.brighterman.com/images/uploads/1/Casio%20Mens%20Gold%20Digital%20Watch(1).jpg[/t]
but that looks horrible
that watch looks like it would've been fashionable 10 or 15 years ago when they first started making those
both are genuinely shit.
this is my current

simple w/o a bunch of shit going on and classy
lol @ watches in general
i don't wear watches often but i'd rather them not look retarded and clunky when I do

hey look, something we agree on

hey, everyone. check out my ugly, eyesore wrist lump. it tells me the time. just like the phone in my pocket. but this wrist lump tells me the time exactly 1 and a half seconds faster! definitely worth slugging it around on my arm, and having to take it off all the time whenever I want to do something that might damage it, which is most things.
[editline]22nd December 2013[/editline]
the 2 seconds it takes to take my phone out of my pocket is crucial life time that I can't afford wasting! i mean, I know i was probably going to take my phone out anyway to check my facebook and or snap chat, but maybe i wasn't! maybe i just needed the time, and really needed to save those 1 and a half seconds! because i don't need to check my facebook on my phone for another minute!
wrist watches are so fucking dumb in a technological age (and all look like garbage).

80% of the time I am not able to use my phone at work, my watch is there for me in my desperate time of need. Plus they look nice.

is there anything at all that you aren't massively opinionated on
my work has a clock on the wall
watches are pointless like motorcycle helmets
my work also has a lot of computers sitting around, and they have the time too
my work also has a lot of computers sitting around, and they have the time too
Mine, however, does not have either.
i like being able to check the time in half a second with my hands still free, unlike having to pull my phone out which takes longer and requires the use of a hand
not all watches are eyesores anyway, in fact, most aren't even very noticeable at all. if anything a decent watch will have no value as part of an outfit. but, a decent watch, i think, will never detract from an outfit. it's simply too small and easily overlooked
[editline]22nd December 2013[/editline]
though i do feel like watches are becoming gradually less used and useful with the advent of phones anyway. it's just a matter of convenience. i'd rather glance at my wrist if i'm sitting down than remove my phone from my pocket, simple as
i also work with other people, and i often ask them the time, being too lazy to check it myself

They compliment you to your face but in private they're pissing themselves
maybe it's just a perth thing then lol - lots of the ~hip kidz~ wear watches like that around here
i guess it's just another case of conflicting styles within this thread
[editline]22nd December 2013[/editline]
*by ~hip kidz~ i mean people from anywhere between 16 to their late twenties
I see it more as a nice accessory. Sure it takes a second less to just lift your wrist but to me personally I cant read the watch as fast as I just read some numbers. (if its analog)
Still its just a nice accessory, makes some difference, like a necklace or whatever
already have these
How is the sizing with these, I'm about 5,11 and I'm a pretty skinny build, I want it to be baggy but not too baggy. So if you got a medium could you give me some idea as to how it fits, it'd be much appreciated. (The crew neck sweatshirt I mean)

My weekender with some random leather strap I bought
cool but i feel the watch color doesnt really match the strap color
I was using this watch

but it just broke today :( I got about as much use as I expected out of a $20 watch though

RBW sweatshirts fit more slim than my other sweatshirts, I'm 6ft 3' and I wear a medium and it fits me nicely, if you want a good baggy fit i'd go for a medium, or a small if you want it to fit slim.
im looking for a parka style jacket with a fur hood
suggestions?

Bought this instead
