i do not dress like any of those mans, apart from owning denim jackets and iron rangers which i almost never wear anymore (but you own both of those things too!) [editline]31st March 2014[/editline]
This routine was a chuckle the first few times but god now you two are just going through the motions like an old couple and fairly shitting up fuls you could IM each other or something
this thread is so devoid of life lately anyway i don't see the problem with having something to talk about
I own a black denim trucker but I don't wear it the same way you do- for me it's a streetwear piece. I don't own Iron Rangers any more, I sold them ages ago.
i do not dress like any of those mans, apart from owning denim jackets and iron rangers which i almost never wear anymore
I would say you dress almost identically, at least based on the pictures I've seen of you.
this thread is so devoid of life lately anyway i don't see the problem with having something to talk about
we could talk about clothes, but you seem to have some sort of deep-seated problem with people enjoying things that you don't like.
fingerless gloves make u look like a hobo it's full gloves or no gloves at all
He should wear gloveless fingers to complement them.

I don't know what you're talking about when you say all those guys in that imgur album look the same cos there were some pretty diverse looks in there - perhaps the fact that they were generally wearing clothes that fit them threw you off? If someone doesn't like what you're wearing or disagrees about something - it doesn't mean 'they don't understand!!! this is true fashion!!!!' - it means they have a different opinion. I don't think Rusty has a deep-seated problem here - you do. Stop taking everything so personally and chill out a bit, because right now, every time you show up you shit up the whole thread.
[img_thumb]http://cdn.dressed.so/i/4ed3e18b5a5d2l.jpg[/img_thumb]
I actually kind of like this fit
I don't know what you're talking about when you say all those guys in that imgur album look the same cos there were some pretty diverse looks in there
there were some diverse looks, there were a few users who dressed dark & drapey or with some sort of bohemian-ish look, but the majority of them are wearing clothes that are workwear or prep. This becomes even more evident if you go and look at the individual WAYWT threads, where there are usually no more than 3-5 posts (among hundreds) that aren't workwear or prep.
perhaps the fact that they were generally wearing clothes that fit them threw you off?
there is no standard definition of "well-fitting". these definitions vary wildly from person to person and different time periods. I personally think many of them wear clothes that are too tight, particularly for an aesthetic like "workwear". I'd love to see you try and argue with Yohji Yamamoto about how clothes should fit, though. That'd be hilarious.
If someone doesn't like what you're wearing or disagrees about something - it doesn't mean 'they don't understand!!! this is true fashion!!!!' - it means they have a different opinion.
actually, their opinion very often stems from them not understanding. disagreements are inherently a product of people not understanding one another, or where another person is coming from...
I don't think Rusty has a deep-seated problem here - you do. Stop taking everything so personally and chill out a bit, because right now, every time you show up you shit up the whole thread.
he definitely has a deep-seated problem. I came here to discuss clothes, and aside fromD3TBSnone of you have attempted real discussion. all you guys seem interested in doing is dismissing my personal preferences and voicing your disgust at my "hobo gloves" even though I've already explained why I am wearing them. this is probably some of the most vapid fashion discussion i've ever seen. really some of the most vapid discussion i've ever seen, full-stop.
you should stop wearing hobo gloves seriously tho

sorry to interrupt the shit slinging but bomber jacket
it's a red bomber jacket. not much to say. how much does it cost? if it's ASOS it will probably be shitty quality
savaril is right about fit, since fashion is as much about silhouette as it is palette, wearing shit that isn't slim or "fitting" in a more traditional sense is super viable and looks amazing when done right, but the same can be said for almost every single piece of clothing you could possess, including fingerless gloves.
it's a red bomber jacket. not much to say. how much does it cost? if it's ASOS it will probably be shitty quality
£38, just checking I'm not missing anything. It's Asos, but most of my Asos brand clothing has actually held up pretty well so
but no offense dude, but from the fits I've seen of you, while they look good, you hardly wear "loose-fitting" items, plus most of it is fairly normal, so I get how they'd see it as poor fitting when you're literally wearing something that's a size too large, it would be better if you wore tall tees and the like instead of just oversized stuff. My memory is a little bad tho, so I'm hoping that I'm thinking of your fits and not someone else's [editline]30th March 2014[/editline]
£38, just checking I'm not missing anything. It's Asos, but most of my Asos brand clothing has actually held up pretty well so
ASOS is actually pretty decent, you can get a couple years of use out of their clothes, I'd suggest buying it in a different colour though, the red is a little loud/juvenile.
I noticed that actually, on the video clip it looks more burgundy than red so it should be fine. I'm just reluctant to buy a blue/black one seeing as I swear 99% of people that own bombers have them in those colours. And yeah, Asos is usually pretty good quality, my black skinnies from there have lasted a good two years and are still holding up nicely. However, my boots from there aren't great quality, after about 6 months they're getting a bit worn out, but I didn't really expect too much seeing as I picked them up for £50, plus a bit of dubbin now and then makes them look a bit better.
C'mon you guys Savaril is obviously just a pioneer in homeless chic
he definitely has a deep-seated problem. You seem to have a persecution complex, thinking everyone is out against you. Some people have agreed with you on things, you just get too caught up with the negative comments. If this discussion is so vapid, feel free to leave. It would be nice not to have these same arguments every few pages. (Oh, and I don't actually mind fingerless gloves) Edit: The few things I've gotten from ASOS (UK) have actually been pretty good quality, the jeans I got from them have lasted me ages.
I honestly like some of Savarii's fits and such, but at the same time, I realize that they don't belong here, and that pushing them will never go well.
I think Savaril would find more acceptance in the Streetwear thread although that one isn't as active.
but no offense dude, but from the fits I've seen of you, while they look good, you hardly wear "loose-fitting" items, plus most of it is fairly normal, so I get how they'd see it as poor fitting when you're literally wearing something that's a size too large, it would be better if you wore tall tees and the like instead of just oversized stuff. My memory is a little bad tho, so I'm hoping that I'm thinking of your fits and not someone else's
You are right, I do hardly wear loose fitting items. Yet a lot of people in here think that some of my clothes are loose, which is bizarre. I basically only go a size up on tees, which I do because formfitting tees look bad with my proportions (I've covered this before.) not so much to get that exaggerated silhouette created by long, drapey tees. Although I wouldn't mind that silhouette. I just can't afford $70-$300 tees. I generally err to the looser side of slim most times.
70-300 dollar tees? these exist? most of my shirts are sub 20 from target or the mall someplace also savaril you dress like a hobo [editline]30th March 2014[/editline] here is a bucket to collect change so you can buy decent looking clothes from Goodwill or something

the supreme x timberland boots are really nice
they look like normal timberlands with a supreme label on? am i missing something?
thats exactly why they look nice because they look like normal timbos most supreme collabs end up really complicated and dumblooking
They also have the snake print detailing, so subtle really nice
Didn't know many people were wearing bomber jackets anymore, thought it was all about the harringtons now. Is is around my parts now anyway.
Harringtons are pretty much exclusively British, that's probably why
I honestly like some of Savarii's fits and such, but at the same time, I realize that they don't belong here, and that pushing them will never go well.
a lot of his fits are good but the guy is a top tier a+ shitbaby
