Do these types of jackets have a specific name? Lapel, buttons and thin enough to roll up the sleeves
I mean, you wouldn't call it a blazer, right?
That's the original military uniform of 80-90s ROK army.
I found it from my father's closet.
You can find similar ones with field jacket or service uniform.
btw how does y'all think of this coordination?

the blazer seems a bit over the top
I can't tell how those look on you if they are on the floor. The coordination is cool, but I like it better on someone where I can see the fit of each piece.
or they want some kind of anonymity?
I'm helllla jealous of ddok. I can never find clothing so fitted like that.
i bet everything is fitted in korea
even their sweat pants and socks

i'm guessing they're pants made for women, so the rise is too low for anyone with a penis.

These are interesting, but I wouldn't wear it myself
mameltoe
thats genius
What's like, a safe color shoe to go with tan khakis and a red shirt or something.
i don't get the face censoring in outfit shots
if you're not confident enough to show your face, you're not confident to pull off the clothes

(or potentially just very ugly so same thing)
because outfit pictures are about the outfit, not the face?

red converse
because outfit pictures are about the outfit, not the face?
what's an outfit without a face though? an outfit is gonna be weird if it doesn't suit your face even if it's a nice outfit.

i do kind of want some of those 70s chucks now
I really wish I could have gotten some of the margiela purcell's

After a couple of months wear

just paint your own??
just paint your own??
I painted a pair of of chucks and they looked like shit, I'm pretty sure those purcells are canvas, rather the cotton that they traditionally tend to be
and that makes a difference to an outer coating of paint how? i think the problem was probably the type of paint and none of those other things
the thing with those sneaks is that you're not so much painting them as you are smearing paint on them.
[editline]16th April 2014[/editline]
also most of /fa/, sufu, and styleforum agree that it'd better to use gesso, not proper paint. Main reason being because it gets that cracking texture going pretty quickly and it just seems to work best for that sorta thing.
or ruining them if you ask me, the painted shit looks awful
[editline]16th April 2014[/editline]
not to mention youd be getting paint flakes everywhere when it starts to peel
or ruining them if you ask me, the painted shit looks awful
I personally like them because I'm into that whole semi-D.I.Y. aesthetic, but I can definitely see why they wouldn't be someone's cup of tea

I didn't really notice that much of a mess when I used to own a pair, and by own a pair I mean my $7 "project" shoes I'd already fucked up so many times that this was the last thing I could've done to them.
what's an outfit without a face though?
everything?? an outfit has nothing to do with the face, with the exception of maybe glasses
Is this potentially a nice jacket?
[IMG]http://lp.hm.com/hmprod?set=key[source],value[/model/2013/1BV%200189724%20002%2069%203822%203.jpg]&set=key[rotate],value[]&set=key[width],value[]&set=key[height],value[]&set=key[x],value[]&set=key[y],value[]&set=key[type],value[STILL_LIFE_FRONT]&hmver=3&call=url[file:/product/large][/IMG]
I've never seen one of these in person so I'm not exactly sure if they look good or not.

i have that exact jacket, it's cozy
it's fairly light, you might need something a bit thicker for anything under 40f
they run fairly small too
where'd you find it? iirc h&m doesn't sell em anymore
I was looking at a bunch of h&m stuff and saw it, but yeah, that's too bad; I didn't notice they don't sell them anymore. Bummer.
It's a pretty common style of jacket, I'm sure you could find something similar. ASOS has some.
[editline]17th April 2014[/editline]
but yeah quilted bombers are nice imo, I'm thinking of getting one at the moment too.
everything?? an outfit has nothing to do with the face, with the exception of maybe glasses
uh, considering you wear your face with an outfit, because it is on you, everything?
certain faces can't pull off certain looks.
[editline]17th April 2014[/editline]
your whole aesthetic is made up of your face, body, and clothes, making one complete package. they all rely on eachother.

id like a quilted bomber, but all the nice ones are leather and real expensive and i know if i got a cheap one i'd just favor my trucker jackets over it
I just want a good MA-1 style bomber that doesn't have ridiculously puffy sleeves and isn't stupidly expensive.

Check out the one's on asos, they're pretty decent
Anyone got suggestions for a great hairstyle? I'm blond, my hair is fairly annoying when it's thick but I like having some hair in the front I can sweep back. My hair has a swirl at my forehead so I can pretty much only sweep it to the side or backwards for it to look decent.
