Just to clarify, the suspenders and glasses were a joke, hence the "how do I fashion?" But I do wear everything else there on a regular basis besides the gloves, which I was thinking of throwing in every now and again on cold days (which aren't that common)

Are you a boy or a girl?
I'm a guy, but the glasses do make me look feminine

Cut your hair, stop wearing that hat (it's going to look really goofy with anything), and get a shirt that pairs better with the cardigan. Cardis + t-shirts is a no-go. What do you have for shoes?

I knew the hat would look kinda goofy when I bought it, but that was kinda the point, like one of those old people sweaters you see indie kids where. With the cardigan, I do have a bunch of button down shirts, mainly shades of blue and grey, would either of those work with that cardigan? (the blues are mainly light blues). For shoes I have a pair of black converse kicks and that's about it, I don't have that much money so I don't really buy shoes often.

I'm not sure about cutting my hair, usually it covers my eyes so there's little eye contact with people (eye contact has always unnerved me, it's an anxiety thing), and if I did cut my hair I'd have know idea what to do with it
The hat is fine, and cardigans and tees are fine too, just don't tuck either of them in.

Blue could work, yeah. I feel like gray would be better-suited for a monochromatic fit, but don't take my word for it. Chucks are totally fine, I was just concerned that you might have a pair of running shoes.

I get what you mean about eye contact, it's definitely unnerving at times. However, if you ever want to get it a little shorter, this is pretty good for inspiration: http://young-stalin.com/short.php

I do tend to dress in shades of grey because black is usually too much of a hassle to keep clean for me (although I do love my black skinnies) and while I do have a pair of running shoes, I only wear them with sweats for jogs or things like that

some of these do look nice, but I'd rather have something that requires very little maintenance and styling in the morning, because these look like they'd need some work. Due to my sleeping habits I usually don't get more than 15 to 20 minutes to get ready in the morning, so I need something quick and simple.

I might go with something like that, looks like some brushing and ruffling and that that's about it, I'm worried it'll look a little bowlcut like, but it's definitely something I'll consider trying
[editline]30th June 2013[/editline]
probably not the best example pic to use, but you get what sort of style I mean right?

It doesn't really take too much effort. I used to have hair a lot like yours but after I cut it short I never looked back. It only takes me about a 1 minute max to style my hair in the morning, and I have pretty annoying hair to style. Sometimes all it takes is to run my fingers through my hair a bit and I'm done.
Speaking of hair, I got a haircut. (pls ignore all the other shit im not good at selfies)

Portland and Seattle.
bought some green jeans today. trying different things is fun
Ok, so I'm not the most fashionable guy around, but I'm finally getting some money and I aim to use some of it to change the aforementioned fact. So I've been doing some searching and I've found this:
[img_thumb]http://demandware.edgesuite.net/aagb_prd/on/demandware.static/Sites-NO-Site/Sites-pim-catalog/no_NO/v1372694372659/pim-static/large/12059603_HONEYMUSTARD_001_ProductLarge.jpg[/img_thumb]
[img_thumb]http://static1.ecompagniet.net/687-thickbox_default/all-star-hi-maroon.jpg[/img_thumb]
(Already own an olive coloured pair, I'm not sure whether to get these or gray ones)
Plus this jacket. (Also, can someone tell me whether that's meant for women or men or both? I'm like 75% sure it's for both, but I'd like to be surer.)
So whatchu think? Will everyone fall head over heels with amazement or will I continue to look like the unfashionable fool that I am?
if you really want colored pants, dont go with bright colors, ever.
I'd advise going with regular jeans or chinos but it's up to you.
I havent wore converse in a while but a lot of people like them, they're alright.
that jacket is just horrible and I doubt it'd fit well on anyone. don't go for military styled clothing
The latter
I kind of like the jacket actually but not on a guy :v:
Uh, I kind of let a trainee hair stylist do my hair and I got a Hitler youth and I fucking dead
Ok, I've rethought the pants, and found these instead:

I'm also not so sure about the maroon color on the Converse anymore, and I'd appreciate some jacket recommendations.
I like the leather jacket I have but those are kinda expensive. I also have a more simple black one that fits me well and doesn't have too many pockets sticking out, that's probably what you should look for. Other than that I usually wear sweaters and hoodies, I am not a huge fan of most jackets but that's just my preference, they're not bad
Kinda like this
this place completely changed, when did converse get accepted?
that military jacket is pretty cool for those girls that wear them and some tights and an obey beanie, really hipster. As for men I dont really know, maybe its how its presented in the photo that makes it look like youd have to have a pretty feminine sillhouette to fit in it
every pair of converse i have (regretfully) bought have been torn up so quickly
and they look badde
converse have forever been ruined for me since around here the only people that wear them are the same people that wear stuff like cargo shorts, crappy metal band t-shirts and these
[editline]2nd July 2013[/editline]
also just put this on lay-by, would of preferred the red/blue version but oh well

last time i was here, everyone was ready to jump on unfashionable shit like a pack of rabid dogs
now a post with converse goes by with a "meh"
it used to be that a post with a pair of converse would get a dozen replys about how they looked like clown shoes and were for small children.
