it almost looks like you're making a duckface also idk about that shirt, doesn't really fit with the blazer. especially at the cuff. [editline]22nd August 2013[/editline] then again, a white shirt would probably be too formal for college wear
your jacket doesn't fit.
your jacket doesn't fit.
I'm 5 6 and I should probably get a slim fit or short, but I couldn't find that blazer in short of regular. I brought it as a back up in case I can't find a 38 Short online. My mum is a designer so worst come to worse she can tailor the sleeves I guess (The shoulders fit)
yeah, sleeves are a little long can't see the waist well enough to judge [editline]22nd August 2013[/editline]
Yeah I kind of was, sorry I didn't do it with intent; although I didn't really know what I was doing It looks like a striped pattern in the picture, but it isn't: [t]http://i.imgur.com/Q3y2N2l.jpg?1?4085[/t] and I will definitely get more shirts.
not a bad pattern for semi formal wear, i'm probably just looking at it in a weird way
I brought my suit for College today. It's from Zara. What do you think? [sp]I look so serious and stern in the photo, sorry[/sp]
sleeves too lognt yppoo"
Sleeves too long, jacket maybe too long (longer is more conservative, shorter more fashion-forward), shoulders too wide, too many buttons buttoned (only button the top one). The color and lapels and whatnot look fine, it's just a size or two too big.
i really like this shirt
I usually don't like shirts like that, but you actually pull it off pretty well

Anyone got tips for casual blazers? I wear them quite a bit, so I'd like to make sure I'm doing it right
Anyone got tips for casual blazers? I wear them quite a bit, so I'd like to make sure I'm doing it right
casual blazers look bad & make u look pretentious 9 times out of 10 imo
Hi fuls. went thrifting, bought a grey blazer, a white shirt, maroon pants and found two pairs of shoes that I love. Both are bostonians, one is a set of brown tassel loafers and the other is a set of black brogues. Got everything for $48, which I think is pretty decent. Anyone else really like Henleys (or waffle shirts as some call them)? They're just so soft and warm and they look pretty good too.
henley shirts are good (the one with the strip of buttons at the top not the brand idk about the brand!)
show me
I can't find a good photo currently, and I'm too lazy to get dressed. I'll get one later
What do you guys think of the Levis 511 commuter Trousers? [thumb]http://images.asos-media.com/inv/media/7/4/9/3/2193947/image4xxl.jpg[/thumb] I can pick up a couple pairs for $60 a piece.
look good i would like a pair of dark chinos like that but i think i honestly prefer the lighter ones
I usually wear darker chinos, but these particular trousers are built for commuting by bicycle; Which is what I do. [editline]August 23rd 2013[/editline] Anyone have any experience with these?
I don't know about "commuter chinos" but I do have a few pairs of 511 jeans and I like them a lot. edit: Oh, now I see why you're particular about it, sorry!
Anyone else really like Henleys (or waffle shirts as some call them)?
yeah, sleeves are a little long can't see the waist well enough to judge [editline]22nd August 2013[/editline] not a bad pattern for semi formal wear, i'm probably just looking at it in a weird way
The pattern is called Paisley and it's usually associated with very smart wear.
long sleeved ones are, no shit all long sleeved tshirts are terrible [editline]24th August 2013[/editline] i wasnt talking about a long sleeve dexter morgan henley
It's the buttons that make them horrible not the sleeve length, let's not split hairs
im wearing a short sleeved henley right now and i think it looks fine provided it's not skintight and showing your nips and is long sleeved like all your pictures, which most should not be, a short sleeved tee with a small row of buttons at the top is fine [editline]24th August 2013[/editline]
