My parents aren't all that bad, really ... well ok they are bad, but, they have money and they pretty much spoil me. They are my best chance at getting into college or anything of the like.
well if they have a lot of money then you've got a lot higher change to get into what you awnt to do, especially with music since that doesn't really require any formal education (no maths, english, humanities etc etc) just reading music and learning the instruments, essentially
What is 2 + 2 OP?
am I to old to get adopted? lol

You should be able to get into a local college quite easily even without GCSE's, but in saying that, It will probably limit the courses available to you and you will need to start at the bottom, the best advice I can give is to contact a college close to you and tell them about your situation and go from there.
There are also loads of people you can contact that will be able to assist you in receiving an education like the Citizens Advice Bureau, they should be able to give you the proper advice on how to go about it, like if you need grants to cover the costs of learning equipment / tools necessary for the chosen course etc..
Whatever you might be thinking now, you're not stuck and there are people around who will help you, so long as you are willing to help yourself.
Also if your parents are really trying to help you now, although it might seem to late, you should probably get them to sink some money into an education for you as it is appalling that people can think that they can bring up a child without any education whatsoever, and by law its also illegal in the UK for a child not to attend school (See Here), and I believe you have missed out on so much, as for me (even though I hated every minute back then) being at school were some of the best days of my life and I regret not leaving with any qualifications due to being young and dumb.
Also as a side note, I think your spelling and grammar is pretty damn good for someone who didn't ever attend school.
My parents aren't all that bad, really ... well ok they are bad, but, they have money and they pretty much spoil me. They are my best chance at getting into college or anything of the like.
You won't be able to rely on their money your entire life. You need to find education, whether it be catching up on your GCSE grades somehow or whether you find a course at a college. They've fucked you over, despite meaning well. Sure, they may put a roof over your head and feed you and give you a lot of money, but it isn't an excuse for them to almost entirely if not completely destroy your chances at finding employment and therefore a chance at sustainable adult life.

Music college, for example though, requires stuff like 5 gcses to get into. I don't even know what a gcse completely. Is there any way I can just get on my knees and beg? or buy my way in?
am I to old to get adopted? lol
you would, as my first post states, have to pretty much dick your parents so they would not seem fit to raise you
which they are not in any way
so yep

i'm in australia so idk what kind of instutitues you have there, but here we have private colleges that only really require money + some shred of education, and they specialise in something, i.e. IT, psychology, etc etc.
if there's something similar in the UK (there probably would) they would look at your circumstances and would judge from there, and having money helps with that i guess, as they can be pricey

Nevermind, I just saw that you are going to say you were "home schooled".
I have to say, for someone who's never went to school all his life, you seem surprisingly quite literate. You mentioned something about learning from video games, but personally I think it's impossible to reach the level of competence that you have relying on games alone. I am genuinely curious as to how someone like you, who has probably never saw formal education his whole life, managed to read and write like you do now.
That aside, I wish you the best of luck. I'm sixteen, I can't say I know a lot, but what I can say for sure is that you won't get pretty far without an education. But don't be discouraged OP; I've heard of people attending elementary school in their sixties. It sounds ridiculous, yes, but the point is, it's never too late.
You won't be able to rely on their money your entire life.
But they can use their money to help me get an education.
You can do some college courses without GCSEs, most courses have a foundation version where anyone can enter
Book an appointment at connexions http://www.connexionslive.com/ and talk to them

You'll want to go to a college near you and pick up a brochure with all the courses in and their requirements

the nearest college is over 30 miles away. sigh... Is there anyway I can get away from my parents without hurting them?

I just read a lot on the internet, I write a lot in games. That's pretty much it.
My handwriting however, is something I can't say much about.
[editline]7th September 2013[/editline]
maybe I can make one of those attention whoring threads on reddit and have people donate to me, haha just kidding.
OP, I only really know the Scots system, but you could go to a college and do Intermediate 1's, which would be a stepping stone to Int 2 (which you require standard grades or int 1s to enter), which would progress you eventually to Highers, which are what you'd require to enter university or a college course. they'll take people on for Int 1s with no previous qualifications, although I fear you've left it a little late. If you phone up a college, explain your situation and your commitment to admissions and ask if you could get into a course last minute, you might get away with it. The cost of a day class is £425/year per qualification, but if you've got money, that shouldn't be a problem.
I'd also suggest you look at moving out, and getting support from your parents whilst you learn. I think you getting some form of independence might be a good start for you, in a city where there's lots of people, etc.
I don't know what the English system is like or if you would be able to do such things at college down south, but this is all I can offer you right now. My facebook is off to the side or you can PM me if you want anymore help.
Good luck, and I hope you can turn your life around after this slow start. Judging from your literacy skills and your quality posting, I think you can do it.

You really should speak to a careers advisor, are you claiming job seekers?
I tend to be able to aid in these things but I've never even heard of such a thing, which country do you live in?
I'm pretty sure that it is illegal to do that to a person in most countries.
Also, I learned my English from Runescape as well, it is my third language.

no
This is so unreal, I never expected to actually see someone in the uk with no official education, let alone on facepunch.
You seem to have more common sense than have the kids at my old school though, which is a good start.
So is English the only thing you have been taught (and probably basic math too)? Like what age would you consider your other skills, for example science, would it be at a ten year olds level or higher?

I don't really know what science is. I am ok with basic math. It's hard to compare any of this stuff cause I don't actually know any 10 year olds. But right now I spent 3-6 hrs a day learning guitar using online videos to teach myself. I've been learning that for over a year.
When I have some spare time I also learn some Japanese for fun. I also try to use the time that I got to workout as much as possible. I play games when there is nothing else to do
my life story right now.
I wouldn't really say I've been taught anything. I've just picked stuff up as I go along. the only real science I know is from videos, news articles and wikipedia pages.

These are the maths and science tests for 11 year olds:

Holy shit, you're in the UK...How the hell have social services not been onto your parents already? I didn't go to school for a few months and I got a letter like "Send your son to school. We're watching you".
That is an outrage.

I just did both of those, the maths one was pretty easy. There was a few terms I didn't understand in the science one but most of it was just common sense to me.
You can start working on improving your knowledge for free here: https://www.khanacademy.org/ If you work at it you can learn a lot fairly quickly.
Also you can take some free college courses here to get a feel for them: https://www.coursera.org/
Holy shit, it must really look weird to never have gotten into school. Best luck of you OP
I know how it feels to be denied a proper education. For most of my primary school experience the teachers decided to lock me away from the other students because of my Aspergers.
So instead of going to class I would stay in a small room all day with an educational assistance who is just there to prevent me from causing trouble. It isn't nearly has bad as how you had it but I can kind of understand how you feel.

I could do that. But I really just want to go somewhere that is physical. I hate the idea of more online learning.
I've never been to school. My parents never even home schooled me, I was simply put in front of computer and I've had to learn everything myself my entire life. I learned to read and write by basically playing runescape and other video games, even though, my grammar isn't much to talk about.
Ever since I was born I've been almost completely socially isolated. I've never had any friends (excluding a few I met online.) You can imagine how depressed I am sometimes.
Now I'm 18. I picked up playing guitar a year and a few months ago. I've been trying to make it my life goal to be good at just one thing and I'm hoping that is it. I also want to go to college sometime in the future, but, as I have never been to school or anything like that so does that mean I can't get in because I don't have gcses or whatever? I don't even know what they are. If so, is there some way I can take them? how long will it take? will I be 30 at the end of this?
Thank you!
[editline]7th September 2013[/editline]
Also a side note; I want to go to college for music and to meet some people, as I've never really had any friends.
You've never really had any friends because going to school is such an important pert of a child's social development that depriving them of that can fuck them up if the parents don't try incredibly hard not just with homeschooling but also getting their child out to socialize. You really should tell social services or something because that's no way to raise a child.

TBH you seem pretty literate as well and remarkably well adjusted; you should enrol on some adult education courses so you can get some formal qualifications
