No.
Phone uses fyber optic for data packages.
Phone chargers uses copperto as a conductor.
Coaxial uses copper too.

Edit: I just said phone charger because i have a couple lying around and i know from ex[erience they have alot of decent wire in them.
Anyway, I've given up on the idea.
I thought it would be better to ask other peoples opinions before asking my dad, because i though he'd be a douche about it - turns out most of you are dicks as well.

Just go to the dollar store and buy a bunch of connectors and cables.
Fun fact: I used a Metal Coat Hanger for an aerial for the longest of times :)
What OP's saying won't damage anything (other TVs, etc), but it won't work.
It will probably cause interference on everything plugged into the that aerial.
A length of twin-core will act like a large, badly-designed antenna
coax and proper connectors are the key. plus cheap
