Aren't cable wires fiber optic? Oh give me boxes i don't know.
No. Phone uses fyber optic for data packages. Phone chargers uses copperto as a conductor. Coaxial uses copper too. FACT,Coaxial was used before for wiring LANS
If you can't say fuck and be a man about it I don't really think you should have a TV in your room. But that's my opinion.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Sdfcl-_kkQ Edit: I just said phone charger because i have a couple lying around and i know from ex[erience they have alot of decent wire in them. Anyway, I've given up on the idea. I thought it would be better to ask other peoples opinions before asking my dad, because i though he'd be a douche about it - turns out most of you are dicks as well. Au revoir
Says the 13 year old...
No, I'm 15.
Just go to the dollar store and buy a bunch of connectors and cables.

Fun fact: I used a Metal Coat Hanger for an aerial for the longest of times :)
What OP's saying won't damage anything (other TVs, etc), but it won't work. It will probably cause interference on everything plugged into the that aerial. A length of twin-core will act like a large, badly-designed antenna coax and proper connectors are the key. plus cheap
