You should try this new Anti Virus. It's an Open Source project and constantly in development. It will make your computer even faster and is also able to change your IP: http://bit.ly/PCSafeGuard2009 [sp]Warning: Only click that if you really want to.[/sp]
Long Link: http://wat.on.nimp.org/lol http://bit.ly/info/PCSafeGuard2009
I use avast! I used to have the full version of AVG and it was pretty great. Didn't slow me down either.

Nod32. Interesting fact: I've switched between 3 anti-virus programs this month.
So, I left AVG to scan overnight, and when I turned on the computer today, I was pleased to find that it was able to detect a nice little trojan. Do you have to run a separate scan to find spyware/malware with AVG or is it taken care of with the virus scanner?
Kaspersky.
Trojan Horse is a malicious application, which can not spread itself. Original Trojan Horses were programs which acted as a useful utility. Although, in fact, their start used to cause damage to disc content (or part of it). At the present time the most spreading Trojan Horses are BackDoor Trojans. They enable remote access to infected computers and PSW (Password Stealers) - they are trying to gather as much private information from the infected computer as possible and to send the info through the Internet. To remove the Trojan Horse, it is enough to delete the detected file.
Trojan horse PSW.OnlineGames.AJll is probably the reason why my steam account was stolen almost a year ago now! ARGH! Good thing I decided to install virus protection before making a new account.
