Saw the movie sunday, one of the most funny/gory movie I have seen. GJ Tarintino.
The movie was awesome, just like everything else by Tarantino.
Also, was that narrator voice that appeared in a few parts of Samuel Jackson's? Cause it sounded a lot like him.
Yeah thats Mr Jackson alright
Couldn't he try to bring in some "motherfucking".
I bet he tried:
S Jackson: "C'mon Quentin, you know I gotta drop a motherfucker on the audience, it's practically the law."
QT: "nooooo, I don't think that'll work this time, see we're in WWII and there ain't any niggas in WWII, not even dead ones in storage"
S Jackson: "How about I narrate 'The reason for Hugo Stiglitz's celebrity among German soldiers is simple. As a German enlisted man, he killed thirteen motherfucking Gestapo officers, mostly Majors'?"
QT: "..."
Saw this movie, thought it was awesome! :fuckyou:
NEIN NEIN NEIN NEIN NEIN
yes yes yes yes yes
basterds!
not enough shoot shoot

I loved the scenes where they did nothing but talk (despite there always being an underlying threat of a gunfight/murder.)
I didn't like how they [sp]put the scene of the one basterd running with a Browning or some type of machine gun in the trailer but never included it in the real move.
The scene of Aldo saying "Oh yes yes yes yes yes!" isn't it the movie either.[/sp]
^
I also thought of that.
I saw this Wednesday and I have to say it was a great movie, I really enjoyed it.
Saw this last night. Fucking funny movie, definitely a hit.
Did anyone else think of the TF2 Scout when [sp]The Bear Jew hit that german soldier with the wooden bat?[/sp]
Yeah i nudged my friend with my elbow and whispered "BONK"
Great movie, whilst everyone else of my friends thought it was too much talk and too little action I thought it was pretty darn good as it was. I would want a bit more action, and some less obvious rubber look on the bloody scenes, but it was good as it was. The talking never really bored me and it usually was funny when it was supposed to.
In the start I was a bit unsure wheter it was comedy or not because of the first chapter and such, but as I understood that it indeed tried to be funny (became obvious with the groovy font showing the name of the famosu basterds) it was funny.
More violence and it would be near perfection.
I am so pissed that this is an 18 here
I just watched the trailer again
I'll fucking break into that cinema if I must!
I'm going to this movie tonight, can't wait. Just hoping it isn't going to be crowded downtown because there's a huge music festival going on for a few days.
Will be seeing this next Tuesday by the day. Yay.
Wathced it a couple of days ago, I really liked it. I didn't care for the subtitles, I thought that was original and interesting.

You mean you didn't care about the subtitles? 'Didn't care for' means 'didn't like'
I just saw this shit less night. Classic.
lol @ the trailer, "NEIN NEIN NEIN NEIN"
basterds i tell you
Awesome movie, all the people I talked to including me thought it could've used more of the basterds.
Good movie, not enough basterds
I just watched it. I haven't been this impressed by a movie in ages. I loved it, it was perfect.
A question though: When the Donny punches and simultaneously shoots the door guard in the face with the arm pistol, did you guys laugh? My and a friend did and we quickly realized we were the only ones in the theater who did.
Yeah the pistol fist thingies were awesome and so over-the-top :P
For those of you who are waiting for it to come out on dvd/br, don't.
This movie is MADE to see in theaters with a giant group of people all in tune to it. That's why there's so many pauses and downtimes after action scenes and funny moments. The audience needs to respond. That's what makes it such an enjoyable experience. If you're alone in your room watching it on a small ass screen, it's not as fun nor entertaining.
