What popular trends do you despise in every way, shape or form?
Why would you hate that, they're just boots like any other boot
Don't you know? Clothes can only be worn for what they were originally made for. That's why I only wear jeans when I'm working in the coal mines and brogues when I'm walking through the mud after a rainy day in Scotland.

b-but jeans were for gold mining
Blasting rock music out of your headphones on the bus.
As if blasting techno music(or russian chanson, or bluegrass, or any music for that sake) out of your headphones on the bus is any less obnoxious?
Besides that, who gives a shit? People are either busy listening to music, reading a book(and listening to music), being drunken idiots or publically displaying that they are uneducated fuckwads(with or without being a drunken idiot at the same time)
The bus, especially any bus on a route between a school and a suburban area has always been a noisy shitfest and always will be.
More trends I dislike:
"xD"
People who think they are somehow some sort of übermensch because they listen to atypical music.
People who that people who doesn't listen to the latest "hit" are automatically mentally ill or sub-human, or both.
Kiddie fascists, kiddie anarchists, kiddie communists, kiddie conservatives, generally any child or teenager that has no grasp on what politics are claiming to have a political conviction so that they can boast about how "mature" and "educated" they are, when it is usually either based on how much they want to impress their parents, or rebel against them.
Playing loud, pumping music, in the middle of the night on a weekday when you live anywhere populated, seriously, what the fuck is up with that? What is even worse is when you know they are alone, do people not know what headphones are?
People usually teenagers and young adults who think doing drugs will make them cool, when it is actually just going to make you act like an asshole or fall asleep in the public. Drugs are fine, but they do not/should not carry any social status. This is dumb and goes against the whole "please let us have our drugs, we do them in moderation!" thing.
People hating the police for taking their weed, when it is actually the politicians responsible for the laws that the police are forced to act by they should be hating on.
Giving kids under 12 tablets for their entertainment (play outside.)
Father-in-law gave to the 3 year old daughter a Lumia 520. It's her own phone where she can watch youtube and play games with no restriction(simcard thankfuly not included). He(the father) even built a little playground for her and she watches garbage shows like Dora all day. She never get punished.
She goes to the kindergarden, but it seems to me that they don't want her to socialize or something. There are several public playground in the area in less than a kilometer with kids playing and stuff, and even the parents have free time to bring her over.
Generally the whole thing about being as loud as possible annoy me.
Way too dedicated soccer fans.
Or any sport.
Just don't beat up people just because the team you were rooting for lost.
Ohhh man, you guys have it easy. At least you don't have to deal with american football fans, which is 9/10th of the people in this goddamn country.

Drugs are around since decades ago, but it's a growing trend to try out smoking in primary school, getting drunk at around grade 6-8 (being 12-14 year olds), and doing weed and calling it healthy. People who usually do this shit don't get very far in my experience.

You're right they don't because they have to watch out for all of their shit in order to avoid more shit
I don't go around stomping in mud. I just live in a place where we actually have weather. Footwear are more of a tool than clothing.
I have weather, it's called rain in the Summer and snow in the Winter and I still wear dope ass shoes

People my age are getting drunk? I am very disappointed.

Cannabis has some uses in medicine and in very limited areas of psychiatry, but it is far from anything even near harmless in the still developing mind.
Just as much as people bitch and moan about weed not being legal, I find people spouting out the same robotic "duh devils weed" bullshit without even knowing anything but what "Jesus Times" has to say on the subject.
Generally people caring so much for a drug to either smoke it every day and talk nonstop about it or fight to keep it illegal then bitching about gang violence annoy me.
Generally people who don't know politics bitching and moaning about a person instead of what they actually have to say irritate me. I might no be an expert on economy and sociology and I have no military training or understanding of large scale strategical thinking, but I at least know enough to be annoyed when some person either calls a leftist a "darn commie!!!" or a full on SJW calls a christian a "god damn nazi pig worse than hitler cis scum click here to see how much of a nazi the republican politician of this county is and here are 10 reasons why you should vote for clinton"
Politics annoy me, especially after danish media has learned from american media and has turned it into a hooliganist, corrupt as fuck shitfest of "red vs. blue"
Over exaggerated sounds/moans of pleasure in porn
This, they thought they could fake orgasms credibly that way. Now that us sexless weenies have learnt that women also get spasms from orgasms all you see in porn now are women acting like they are cosplaying a paint shaker or vibrating sex toy as soon as the man has finished his job and delivered his cargo.
Generally the whole thing about being as loud as possible annoy me.
and just two days ago me and the band took way too powerful amplifiers plugged into way too big Marshall stacks onto a way too small stage in a way too small bar just because we could
i'll be sure to give a shout when we play in Denmark
The big engine boner some people get when they rev their motorbike or car as loudly as fucking possible. I know some people who have bought certain vehicles just because they're louder.
Like seriously, nearly nobody is impressed and it annoys almost everyone.
To be fair I actually do get a little excited when I hear nicely tuned V8's out loud.
I have weather, it's called rain in the Summer and snow in the Winter and I still wear dope ass shoes
you must have people carry you everywhere then
People who buy records as an investment and never listen to them
People who automatically refer to every single japanese car as "riceboxes","plastic ecobox" or "japcrap", it's like they've never seen anything but a prius or a post 1987 corolla, then they go on to brag about their smog era ford that makes less than 200hp or their new automatic v6 holden commodore.
Japanese cars have a pretty good track record when it comes to racing here in Australia, the Nissan Skyline performed so well in the Bathurst races that they had to keep restricting it and even then it still dominated, then Holden and Ford whined so the racing authorities changed the rules so that it couldn't race
Being a chav. Why on earth is that attractive or cool ? Being some sort of social reject and degenerate is not cool. Stop.
People who buy records as an investment and never listen to them
What if they just like the cover art and prefer listening to the albums in some other way?
People who buy records as an investment and never listen to them
Its a collection thing. Just like people who collect action figures and never open them.
People who automatically refer to every single japanese car as "riceboxes","plastic ecobox" or "japcrap"
I've only heard the term "Rice Cooker", but it was only in reference to super suped-up cars with LED headlights, loud engines, glowing undercarriages etc. etc.
Like, fuckin' Fast and Furious shit.
Hashtags, I never liked em from the beginning :v:
Hashtags, I never liked em from the beginning :v:
It's less the concept of hashtags themself, but more the way how they are pretty much misused by various people.
I'm saying I don't understand the trend of professional sports/gaming. What makes it so interesting other than watching people play a sport or smash keys while they yell at each other? How does this even impact society, other than economical reasons?
Because humans have liked watching other humans who are physically fit participate in sports and games since the ancient Romans and even before that, it taps into something primal and almost instinctual in a way. Come on man it's not really that hard to figure out, that's just how humans are.

I didn't mind it being used on twitter specifically, but now I'm seeing it on message boards, posts, tumblr posts, facebook posts. AUGH.

Retweets. First person says it gets it, no need repeats IMO.

I don't mind them on social media, but when people say it in real life.
My step brother and one of my scouts does it constantly
[editline]aa[/editline]
There seem to be more and more people using the word 'like' in Danish conversations.
I had already made that account like a month before and forgot.

Like, I appreciate his positions, too.
In that way
Right-wing extremists in my area. They hate any kind of left-wing socialist people "because ur a dirty communist hurr durr" while being xenophobic and anti-semitic - all of those kickstarted by the puppet Communist government during the Cold War.
Also, they recently started a trend of overlaying your avatar with a Polish flag pattern in protest of gay marriage legalization in the US.
And so that this isn't just about politics, Minions and everything ever that gets to it's level of obnoxiousness, especially when it's also fueled by the Internet.

I hear it in reference to any Japanese cars over here, it's usually mumbled by an old guy with a broken V8 car that he claims that he'll fix one day or a bogan with a broken V8 car that they still drive anyway while chugging VB beers all day.
