Woh! I wasn't being racist.
Anyway some those images of the filter you posted look photoshopped; for example with the fish, the pebbles have a clear line where they have been reflected, and on the car it reflects the bench but not the person that was standing infront of it.
heh, just jokin' with ya. I was expecting something bad to be said; yours was on-key, though still an off-remark.
Anyways, Polarizer video is workin', so here it is again-

still being processed, will show up in HD if anyone cares to wait... I sure as hell don't.

The first one is disturbingly awesome, I want to see more of that.
And the second one looks like battletoads on crack. (Do want more!)
when I just want to toss something up real quick I use CubeUpload.com. doesn't recompress, doesn't advertise using crappy little banners, just hosts the damn file at its original size.
Haha you guys discovered polarizing filters. I have a bunch of old filters for an old camera but they're the wrong diameter. When you're purchasing them, don't mess that up.

Post examples. This sounds strange. The only reason it would do that is when resizing. Maybe it just uses a good algorithm?

It does use a good algorithm.
But people don't always look at images large, even though most images look much better large.
CnC please. Ignore the extra watermarks, some douche was stealing my art and passing it off as his own. Kind sucks being in the biz sometimes, though I haven't had too many problems in the few years since I graduated from amateur stuff. Guess I got lucky until recently.
Anyway, did this one for a contest.

Boring subject matter, 100px wide borders.

I understand the whole watermark thing, but there comes a point that, even if you're absolutely fed-up with theft, you need to give up and maintain your artistic integrity. Having one nicely placed mark in a corner that would kill the picture if it was removed is a good tactic, but moderately visible comic sans in three large places across two corners and the center just detracts me from the picture. I can't even write a thoughtful crit because I can't pay attention to any of the ideals in the picture, even though I can clearly see everything.
Art theft, to me, is a form of flattery. If someone copies or steals YOUR work, you should consider yourself pretty damn good, since they obviously respect the work enough to think they could get some attention using it.
Report offenders to the admins of whatever site they're posting on, and provide proof you did the picture before them. Deviant Art and Flickr, I know, maintain a digital record of the times the photo was actually taken (saved in the metadata with lots of other major info), as well as show when you uploaded it. I've had a few people steal my stuff, or at least pass it around the internet a bit, and it can be infuriating, but is a part of the artists' struggle.
These are pretty good doodles. My advice to you is to practice on eyes. The ones you draw don't really make sense.
To be honest, I thought someone would've complained about the hands I draw. I usually rush that part of the body. But I suppose more life-like eyes would be better. I'll practice my realism tomorrow in math as there's no better time to do it.

What Perfumly said. The subject matter is incredibly boring. I can look down right now and see pretty much that. You didn't even put an interesting twist on it.
And, the border... this is a situation where I can draw the line. That border is WAY too huge. It looks like a fuckin' motivator.
And yeah, that's rather overboard with the watermarks man.
Edit:
Oh, and you can totally tell that's an artificial vignette. Looks tacky.
For some positive thoughts, the look of the photo, processing-wise, is interesting. Good technique, lacking subject.
...and I've been avoiding saying anything, but it's bugging me. As a general rule of thumb, putting 'creative' in a name, isn't. :[

But good lord, you're right about the name.

the others are just snapshot looking.

Neither really.
Try making the fire/spark more transparent so that you can see the branches and sky through it, at the moment in just looks like some blobs on a photo.
[editline]12:45PM[/editline]
try that with the second.
I've used a polarizer on my 70-200L lens for a couple of years now. It's really great for shooting cars. I took these two shots so you can see what difference it makes on different settings.

If anyone truly wanted to, they could remove a watermark from a photo without jeopardizing the finished product. For example, I used to be able to remove watermarks back when all I had was MSPaint. A very minimal amount of in-painting is required. Much like secuROM, all it does is make it a couple minutes longers for those who want to do devious acts.
