I love making sigs regardless. I make desktops, avatars, and sigs. There are a lot more to sig/ava/desktop making other than just a cropped image on a white background. (though this may work excellently in some cases) Especially if you even draw the images on your own. (I do this 90% of the time) Here're some sigs I made before: (drawn, not cropped image)
Day one of project 365. yay for crappy sunset
RAW is definately crucial in my stage of photography. I've got a 400D, but I've outgrown it. Wanna get a 5DM2. Expensive though. Also, Jetlitheone. I liked the first of your second 365, but I feel like you've lost your touch again. You're trying too hard/not enough and as a result your photography is suffering. [editline]11:26PM[/editline] And kudos on getting banned.
what's up with our avatars?
Lets see if mine changed. Scarface reigns supreme.

They are also about finding as many brushes as possible and making stuff glow, set things to different overlay modes and sharpen.
what's up with our avatars?
They've been Hoff'ing people over in General Discussion. Also I like mine better.

http://www.vimeo.com/3284006 Something I made when I got my camera. It's not perfect, but it was my first attempt at stop motion. Pretty fun to make.
[img_thumb]http://fc07.deviantart.com/fs30/i/2009/241/d/a/Statuette_by_Tompelo.jpg[/img_thumb] [img_thumb]http://fc01.deviantart.com/fs29/i/2009/241/d/7/Mannerheim_by_Tompelo.jpg[/img_thumb]
I don't like these kinds of HDR photos. The colors look way too vibrant and obnoxious for my liking. Next time, see if you yourself like a more subtle approach better than this. Edit: Hillo, I really like the one of the dew on the leaves. I also like the one of the tower (or whatever it is). The positioning of the subject is ok, but I feel that maybe you could have kept it as a wider shot? Also, the pathway on the bottom of the photo is just a tad bit distracting. There's not much view of it to warrant it being there. Maybe cropping it out would do the photo good. The ones with the white background are ok, but aren't the most exciting or thought provoking shots. I feel your first landscape of the lake is better than the 2nd, perhaps because there's more balance due to the clouds and angle.

Plus it being boring is exactly how my day was when I made it, so it's no wonder why haha. I guess you could say it's whole feel is, well, boredom.

Need to work on my manipulation skills in photoshop EDIT: Had some awkward Epiphany after looking at other peoples' photos and getting inspired by songs... Many ideas and all that. Some are hard and take work [not gonna use any manipulation at all.]
