poeple, the truth about global warming are the fucking whales
Every whale takes a bit of space in the ocean you know? But all the bio-mass of those wales can't be water: The water rises. You probably think now: What the fuck?!.. But listen on!
Green peace tries to hide the painfull truth from humanity: The great whales aren't dying, there are lots, and LOTS of them in the ocean. Grean peace makes LOADS of ''protect the whale'' propoganda, brainwashing kids, video commercials etc. These kids are too DUMB to consider that greenpeace is USING them. Green peace is fooling you, trying to let you stop using to much consumption items like trow away dishes and plastic bags. By this way the ecenomy will fail. What's happening now. Green peace tries to brainwash you: The oceans aren't depleted of whales, they're FULL of it. So our only change to SAFE the world is by KILLING ALL WHALES
The painfull truth:

I know there are lots of whales. It's a fact, I'll admit that. It's just the way that they just man the harpoons and kill thousands, whilst some are dragged alive onto the beach with wounds, then they just stick machetes in them. I kind of wish they would fight back. It's just, really depressing that on some beaches, the water is whale blood for a kilometer out, and the air is filled with the smell of whale intestines while you hear some of the whales still yelling out in pain.
It's fucking awful. The people who hunt them must have no feelings, because, animals do have emotions. If you disagree with that statement, you're probably just ignorant.
I also wouldn't have as big of a problem with Shark fining if they didn't drag them aboard, chopped their fins off, and threw them back in alive. Fucking bastards.
Watching Whale Wars right after Deadliest Catch is hilarious.

Actually Greenpeace has nothing to do with this. The International Whaling Commission does the research and does the estimates of the populations, not Greenpeace. Greenpeace has absolutely no say in the whaling industry other than "SAVE THE WHALES, MAN" All the research is done by the IWC and the NOAA, their the ones that say the whales are dying off. Not to mention most non-whaling country's economies are fine, sure the United States economy may be going down the shitter but we haven't done full scale whaling since the 1800's.
Greenpeace is retarded.
I don't support whaling because it's pretty cruel, but I think it'd be less of a problem if they disallowed the whaling of the endangered species (like the Blue whale) and lowered the amount allowed to be killed overall. But if we disallowed whaling altogether, I'm thinking the whale population might grow a little too large, seeing as whales don't really seem to have natural predators.

They don't whale the endangered ones (atleast they say they don't) I saw an independent study that found blue whale meat in many Japanese meat markets.
And yes, Greenpeace is retarded, I do not support them.

Did you just fucking say animals have emotions?
:argh:
Also I would like to say
Sharkfin soup is fucking delicious.

Certain animals have emotions, you know, like the species Homo sapien. Many other mammals have been reported to feel silly things like emotion and pain, but you probably won't believe me and rate me dumb because your an ignorant bastard anyways.
Seeing as we kill animals here in America that others' hold sacred, we honestly can't criticize what another country eats. The most we can do is limit the amount that they can kill for food. Especially if its an animal as rare as the Minke or the Blue Whale. But seeing as the Whaling Laws were established by several countries, we would have to discuss it with the other countries involved.

Sure they do. Cows do too. Doesn't stop us from eating them though. That isn't exactly a valid argument for this thread. But this Kyle guy is obviously a troll of some sort, so I'm a little disappointed that you preferred not to ignore him. You're making yourself look bad.
On another note, I would probably like to try Shark or Whale sometime. Though I can honestly say I really don't like seafood. :(

Beef is awesome, and is not near extinction. Were not going to stop the total harvest of whales, best we can do is keep it in balance so the whales stay around for a few hundred years more.
I'm not a fan of seafood ether just because of the general fishy taste, love crab however. Still would like to try a whale steak some day. I know i should not have said anything, just angers me when someone can be as ignorant as to say animals don't have emotions.
I actually tried Kalamari a few days ago without realizing it. I was out eating with my parents and my mom asked me to try something. I took it, dipped it into the sauce that came with it and ate it.
Didn't find out what it was til after when my mom told me.
It was okay... but kind of cold and a little too rubbery. So no thnx.

They should have evolved faster.
Whale wars is a pretty cool show, its funny because they always crack their heads open when riding the small boats, trying to avoid the siren things on the japanese ships.

That one camera guy got shot in the face with the water cannon and popped a vessel, started bleeding everywhere.
Whether or not you support whaling, you must admit: Captain Ahab is badass.

Well captain ahab lived in a time were whaling was an important part of the economy
And yes he is indeed "badass"
Or is he :smug:
Also, thread music, because its kind of a sad song.

lolol it R frum matrix
On a more serious note
Ironically
As I started posting in this thread whale wars started....
We're whalers on the moon,
We carry a harpoon.
But there ain't no whales
So we tell tall tales
And sing our whaling tune!
Whether or not you support whaling, you must admit: Captain Ahab is badass.
Early whaling was a mans job because it required armies of men to accomplish, so he is indeed, a badass.
whale tastes great
extinction tastes even better
another victory for the human race
