Don't forget the stuffed cabbage, white borscht and esp the kielbasa
Omg kielbasa...
so i decided to get 30 etizolams alongside my ethylphenidate for a change as my vendor has discount prices on them and i've been meaning to try 'em for a while...
god damn; it completely changes the feel of the EP, and for the better. had a 1mg etiz (beforehand of course, as to see what etiz was like on its own + allergy test, etc) and 75(ish) mg of EP and it almost feels like mda without the side effects - colours are vivid and i'm seeing bands of brown/orange over certain patterned surfaces which on closer inspection aren't there.
i knew etiz affected 5-HT receptors in some way (agonism? think i heard this somewhere) but i didn't expect even the slightest hint of psychedelia; none of these (what i believe to be) serotonin-related effects were there before i took the EP though, so i'm assuming this is specific to the combo (albeit i'm not experienced with etizolam at all, this being my first time on it and in fact any non-alcohol CNS depressant.)
this has definitely got to be one of the better drug combo's i've tried to date; the euphoria of both complements the other well and they both cancel out the unwanted effects of each drug on its own. i've heard people saying the same about EP and alcohol but i wasn't a fan, i don't like alcohol.
gonna have to NOT make a habit of this one... EP is addictive enough as it is (and i've heard the same of etizolam, though i'm not usually a downer person).
the etiz seems to be keeping the [previously seemingly unstoppable] EP fiending at bay though, which up to now has been the only qualm i've had with that chem due to the horrible full-body muscle tension (which makes me walk around the house like a raptor/methhead and makes all my muscles ache) which goes along with the fiending and resulting compulsive redose
Poles kno how to fuckin party.
Rehab has gone really well!
I also quit cigarettes and i've been 16 days without after quitting cold turkey from 1-2 packs a day!
Don't know what to think about my grow though... My friend has been taking care of my NL and it's ready next sunday.
Contradicting thoughts fill my head.
I'm getting my med card.
Good to see rehab working for someone
As far as I can tel rehab is a place they send you where the only drugs you can do are caffeine and nicotine, so basically rehab is you and a bunch of other people like you sitting around drinking energy drink and coffee and smoking cigarettes.
Although the program was so disorganized its laughable. In rehab they're supposed to help you. They'd let anyone just sit around doing nothing, making no progress at all because noones providing guidance or help. I think that was their deal. They take kids in who are completely fucked and just let us do whatever in the hopes we do nothing so they can bleed your parents pockets dry. You aren't making any progress so you have to stay longer, when really it was the program who was doing jack shit

how's the nicotine detox coming?
i quit nicotine cold turkey about a month and a week ago. i found it piss easy despite what i've heard, but i guess using my ecig for so long got me out of the 'smoke-break' habit/mentality as i almost exclusively used it to stave off withdrawal while at work (apart from if i was on stims at the weekend or something. ecig is godly on stims/psys) so i only had to beat the physical addiction rather than the full mental AND physical.
withdrawal was a bitch and seemed to do nothing but get worse for 2 weeks but tapered off after that point. 4 weeks in and i don't feel withdrawal OR cravings for nicotine unless i've had like 4 or less hours of sleep, but that's because im tired; it goes away after a caffeinated beverage or two.
i came up with a theory with my driving instructor who also quit recently (and a few other people, smokers, non-smokers, and ex-smokers alike) that people who find it hard to quit smoking (and often relapse) dont ACTUALLY want to quit: they still WANT to smoke because they enjoy it, and they simply don't want the negative aspects or dislike the addiction but like to smoke. of course this doesn't apply to everyone as withdrawal is different experience for everyone.
i also stopped trying to convince people to quit or even offering them advice because during my own experience i realised that the only person who can convince a smoker to quit is the smoker themselves (this the failure of plans were 2 parties are reliant on each other); i've seen so many "lets quit together, its easier to get through with someone else going through the same thing" plans fail horribly very quickly due to one of the people relapsing then the other thinking "fuck it he's not doing it with me any more".
for me coping with the craving was simply a matter of changing the "i need nicotine" thought into "my brain wants me to take nicotine. fuck you brain i do what i want" -- though i know a lot of people can't do that so easily. another way i'd put it is imagine the craving as the cliché devil-on-your-shoulder telling you "come one man 1 little cig cant hurt? just think of all the dopamineeeee". i would imagine certain people to be able to do this more accurately while mentally visualising an entity to argue against and defy. literally the same concept but it's all about figuring out how your mind works.
for the actual withdrawal symptoms, i just doubled my caffeine intake (despite recommendations of halving intake due to nicotine shortening the halflife of caffeine) then started to taper that off (subconciously) as i needed less caffeine as nicotine withdrawal became less intense

(ノ゚0゚)ノ~ damn that was a much longer post than i intended...
My father smoked for like 35 years, he tried quitting unsuccessfully. Then he had a heart attack at 55 and that was enough to make him quit. He just smokes electronic cigs with just flavor in them to get over the 'hand to mouth' thing. Holy shit both my parents were so agitated for like the first month, I didn't even want to talk to them.

yeah even moving from cigs to ecig is hard. you need to vape so much ecig to get rid of your nicotine cravings for the first month or so, though that is probably due to your brain craving the whole experience of smoking rather than soley the nicotine.
i would HIGHLY recommend an ecig to someone wanting to quit smoking. i originally got mine to quit but ended up just replacing cigs with it (i hear a lot of people do this -- not exactly bad as most doctors will agree that it's better for you than smoking even if there isn't much data on the health effects) and increasing my nicotine intake due to being able to use it anywhere. just woke up one day, picked it up, had 3 tokes, then just stared at it and said out loud to my self "what's the point? why the fuck do i use this?" and put it back in my drawer where it remains to this day. i strongly believe that if i'd have gone cold turkey straight from smoking analogue cigs it would have been 2-5 times worse than it was moving from cigs to ecig to cold turkey
seriously ecigs are the way forward even if you don't plan on quitting. it's healthier (though by no means healthy) for both you AND people around you, you can legally use it inside (some people have a problem with this, i don't despite now being a nonsmoker), you can choose basically everything about it including the nicotine hit you get and the flavour. if you look in the right places you can get some eliquids which taste almost exactly like tobacco (not combusted tobacco though, i mean like when you toke through an unlit cig)
Quit for a month cold turkey. Sure willpower. There were plenty of halfsies lying around. Sometimes I'd even put one in my mouth.
Turns out I'm not addicted, I just fuckin love it too much.
And I'll get up from the ground after a heart attack and light up a cigarette directly
[editline]6th September 2013[/editline]
Also e cigs are not legal inside.
It's kinda really fucking dumb you can't puff on one in class
[editline]6th September 2013[/editline]
Even if they are technically legal they're not allowed because of some ignorant asshole
it depends where you are really - i always made it a point to ask someone who works there just in case. it's legal to vape inside (at least in the UK) but of course it's up to the owner of wherever you are. most places ive been to (the bus when not packed with people, fast food places, supermarkets. in my experience it's usually only places where kids are going to be around or have lots of people tightly packed in a small unventilated place who have a problem with ecigs. oh and any sort of medical centre.

yeah i have a lot of friends who work jobs where they can't use ecig so still smoke cigs despite wanting to quit and use an ecig to help. my experience has been nothing but positive with using ecigs in public places - i've heard old people making comments on buses but then say "yeah its basically a medicine, there's no actual smoke"
hell, at the place i went to to sign on for a business apprenticeship i asked the receptionist if i could use my ecig while i waited and she said yes. while i was smoking it, a guy came through from an appointment and sat to roll a cig before he left and the receptionist told him to get out because you can't use tobacco products in the waiting room even if it's just rolling one
Anybody here that has done molly a couple times and noticed a reduced libido?
[QUOTE=ScoobyV2;42101724]Anybody here that has done molly a couple times and noticed a reduced libido?[/QUOTE]
I noticed that sex on E is really hit or miss. But you should only have relatively short term lasting effects like that. It's just from your serotonin being depleted.
N Y P D
YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS?! IT MEANS I KNOCK YO PUNK ASS DOWN.
will smith makes any movie good. Even though men in black one is awesome
[editline]6th September 2013[/editline]
Also e cigs didn't work for me
I need to get a New atomizer and carts and juice for my vapor king. Thing is though it was just too weak even though it was the strongest concentrate. Like 25 mgs or something.
Maybe it's cause I smoke new ports, but my vapor king just hit way too weak, to the point where it was nearly impossible to get any kind of satisfying result. I dunno if this is the lack of harshness or not enough nicotine
[editline]6th September 2013[/editline]
I dunno what to do really. I don't want to waste money on juice that's too weak. Plus amazon doesn't sell this shit anymore. And. I got a one hundred dollar cert for amazon.
Really the crucial parts I need to replace are the atomiZer and the cable for the charger brick. And find some juice to satisfy me. I actually kinda wanna order this shit tonight cause if it works out I don't have to go outside when I want a cig every time. That and a giant pack of empty carts
Yeah I was using the vapor king brand high nicotine tobacco flavored
[editline]6th September 2013[/editline]
I actually would like some advice in this area. The new ports are clearly killing me. I know I can get carts and atomizers from the site but their concentrate of nicotine is clearly too low or ineffective

Thanks.
Oh my god, I found another Vine on facebook that was by a person I knew.
I was pretty close with her, we stopped talking though.
my friend posted "My wall is literally full of vines....ergh", she just got back from a holiday in spain and i'm thinking how the fuck do vines grow in your wall while you're abroad but she meant vines as in the videos

I know man, is it just me or is it too early for this shit? It's only the start of september
I, for one, embrace our new cold weather overlords
I absolutely hate winter. I barely got to swim this summer, it was crappy weather all season aside from a week or two. What a short lived summer.
any one here notice when you start getting older the days start to feel shorter and more blended together? ahhhh
yeah summer around here was really mild. There was only a few days where it was nice a hot, perfect for pool and such but then it got really cold and stayed that way. Sucks cause i hate smoking during the winter, just a lot less to do outside.
Its been fucking hot in southern california this week
[QUOTE=soupman345-2;42103896]any one here notice when you start getting older the days start to feel shorter and more blended together? ahhhh[/QUOTE]
There's just more to do I think, you can always take a breather with a bowl or a beer though

Lucky bastard.

It's just like the whole concept of like, how the presents never really here. It's like one minute I'm going damn I don't want tomorrow to come around, and next thing I know I'm waking up, and the cycle repeats. time is just weird. But beers and bowls definitely help.

Yeah, It's pretty much like that indeed!
Luckily those humble enough to accept the help are treated well and i've been doing my hardest to learn everything they teach in here.
There is one guy who is just basicly on vacation here; He even went to spend his welfare money on drugs for a whole weekend and came back, high as fuck with no motivation and everyone is like "Cool, He's back".
He is here only because he is broke, homeless and no-one wants him; and commune paid for 3-4 months of therapy for that fucking douche.
Never on time for groups, raiding the fridge at nights, leaving messes uncleaned, breaking everything, stealing shit, and just being an all out idiot.
But it's their problem for letting that douche in.
I'm here only to get my own life and drug abuse under control, and the 3 weeks i've been working hard! I couldn't even think myself being such a slob in a place where the people are only trying to help me.
[QUOTE=NotYou3;42101251]how's the nicotine detox coming?[/QUOTE]
For me it has been really easy for some reason.
I haven't craved for a cigarette only but once or twice (Because of a panic attack) and the physical withdrawals were a joke after few months SSRI withdrawals (or maybe it fried something).
Caffeine doesn't help because i don't drink coffee and the usage of energy drinks are limited only to one brand because it just tastes so fucking good.
It was just the matter of seeing the negative aspects and noticing that there aren't any positive ones (Mine was that it makes me relaxed, except it is a stimulant so no...)
I've even been with the group out on the cigarette smoking spots without any problem, I don't want any cigarettes and that's it, i don't feel any hesitation about it.
Biggest deal for me though is that the GVH i got from a bonemarrow transplant ruined my lungs capacity of about 40% and my asthma too.
It's been amazing to be actually able to breath and taste again!
And yeah, I have noticed the same effect, It's those who really REALLY want to quit that succeed; Any doubts and you are guaranteed to relapse or fail.
So keep your head held high and be proud, not everyone can quit!
What happens if you eat marijuana?
