If/when the technology becomes available, what upgrades would you want for your body?

Robotits
abillity to house an AI in some sort of neural implants
why?
because i get lonely somedays and don't we all want something thats not human to talk to?
also bionic tail because i would be able to balance amazingly and it'd be useful in 0-gravity.
and artificial hemoglobin which would allow me to hold my breath for ages or use much less oxygen

scratch that, put the AI in my tail, so i can sit there talking to my tail and people would be like "?"

Have you thought about developing a Tulpa? They're basically self inflicted hallucinations (you get to believe in them hard enough that they seem real), "imaginary friends" that you don't have control over. Not everyone can do it but if you're willing to give it a try it might be cool.
Ability to take photos with your eyes and upload thoughts and dreams to a computer.
I'd also replace my thumbs with bionic ones that can actually bend properly (I've got a special thumb mutation where I can't bend its middle joint so I just have two stick thumbs) and I guess I'd give em a crushing grip for the hell of it.
Oh, and X Ray vision.

id rather have someone/thing that can objectively evaluate its surroundings for itself and not be some sort of feedback from my own psychosis. still this thing would be plugged into my head pritty well
-snip-
Bionic eyes, mostly for additional HUD-like information display such as for driving (projected directions on the road itself, car info, ect), repair and matience jobs (info such as diagrams, projected instructions), and the ability to assist in aiming of weapons (don't see much use for that one in normal situations but hey you never know when being a crack shot will be useful!)
And maybe feedback sensors in the hands for when holographic displays become the norm. (Kinda like in Mass Effect)
Hydraulic dick.
And a new leg/from-knee-down, because my foot and nerves within, are somewhat fucked as they are now, because of a severe fracture, because my foot didn't take it well when being turned 120 degrees clockwise.
A third penis
Some sort of flight system, to be able to fly whenever you want would be awesome
I want a pair of these to pop out of my legs at will.

If I want to keep as flesh body as possible, something like artificial mitochondrions. If my knowledge from them is correct, more mitochrondrios=more power (I might be horribly wrong, though) and enchanced lungs (being able to breath toxic stuff would be cool).
If I want to go full cyborg body, probably generic enchanced power and strength stuff.
But something like making drawings or other art stuff like that with mind would be cool.
Awesome hand-eye corridination.

You seem to have quite a problem with that, judging by your spelling of coordination
These are the body upgrades I'm planning to get as soon as they become available. This is just a working list, so it's far from complete:
-Diamondoid skeletal system (50 to 100 times the strength of steel alloys)
-Artificial muscles 100-200 times the strength of my current ones
-A layer of impenetrable, flame proof carbon fiber below the skin
-Carbon fiber insulation for major body systems to absorb shock and trauma
-Artificial respirocytes to improve oxygen efficiency by 1000 times (can go without breathing for hours).
-Artificial immune cells 1000 times faster and more effective than white blood cells.
-Cryoprotectant and cooling proteins to survive extreme tempratures.
-Vasculoid intelligent blood system to replace heart and natural blood
-Programmable pain management
-Hi resolution, wide-spectrum eyesight/ Controlled amplified hearing
-Hibernation capacity/ Controllable sleep functions
-Amplified threat detection
-Automated anti-aging
-Exclusion of all hostile bacteria, viruses, fungi and other parasites from blood and tissues
-Limb and tissue regeneration / explosive recovery
-Light, high-strength wings with muscle support system
-Photosynthetic skin grafts
I am a bit wary about messing with my brain though. Aside from protecting it against neural degeneration, I think I'll leave it as it is.
So many of these are most likely going to be military-restricted or bound by international law
A stronger robotic arm. A sensor in my eyes that would let me see both ultraviolet and infrared at the same time, and better vision, as well as a mechanical liver and kidneys.
and better lungs since i do have asthma
So many of these are most likely going to be military-restricted or bound by international law
Not to mention the fact that none of that would even be possible to create in the first place.
A whole layer of "impenetrable" fiber? a skeleton made of diamonds?
Some sort of electromagnetic device that fights the Earth's magnetic field, so I can fly.
Because flight is great.
Uhhh... You know the magnetic field isn't what's holding you to earth, right?
So many of these are most likely going to be military-restricted or bound by international law
Do you have a single fact to back that up?
Less organs, more robot.
I honestly absolutely despise my body with a burning passion even if it works normally.

All of those augmentations would make him nearly infallible, they would be exclusive to specific branches of the military or private defence organisations.
Just imagine the chaos that would arise if everybody had access to these things.

They would be way too expensive for the general population, so only rich supervillain-types would be able to get their hands on them.

here's the problem. soldiers are still people, unless you have an all clone army, but when the war is over or the soldier retires, you can't rip out his new bones and put back his old ones. he's gonna have it, and eventually the stuff that was high tech will circulate down to the lowest levels of society and that time is what we're discussing here anyway. take GPS for example, strictly military when it was developed, now you can barely name something that doesn't have a GPS chip in it so the goverment can track everything
[editline]3rd September 2013[/editline]
also judging from the shear amount of penile enhancements, unless someone is sick enough to actually want to shatter a women's pelvice, we're gonna need some pussy reinforcement technology otherwise the future is gonna be an enhanced super-hydrolic sausage fest
A system to increase relfexes by 2000% percent would be something i would get
I probably wouldn't get anything so when all the equipment decides to betray humanity I will be safe. The magnet in the fingertip present day technology seems pretty cool though.
Automatic sunglasses that retract when I go indoors.
bionic swag

I used the have them. they were really nice. I decided to not get them recently though, because I mostly wear contact lenses outdoors.
An implant that teaches me languages.
