oxymoron
I really liked the sort of police-state idea of wearing the same red jumpsuit every day so I just alternate based on this pattern:
T-Shirt (band t-shirt or cheap as fuck one from topman
You have Never Ever been to Topman.
EDIT
Really.. We all know Loads of facepunch don't ever leave their house but at least if you know you don't, don't bother pretending you do.
topman looks alright from their site
You guys put way to much into it. You just gotta make your hair look messy, toss on some plaid shorts, and a tee and call it a day.
Now this is a band t-shirt:

Bought this a few days ago.
I wear these shoes http://www.dunlopfootwear.com.au/ProductDetail.asp?PID=147&SCID=575&dir=SAFETY (without the gay steel toe mesh logo thing on the front of them) because I honestly don't give a shit about shoes that have pretty colours on them or fancy designs. They are comfy, and the steel caps are particularly good for me as I have an infected toe on my left foot, so if something just happens to fall on my left foot while wearing them then they can say hello to the steel caps then just fuck off.
I wear a leather jacket sort of like this http://www.baronboutique.com/mens_suit/leather/mens_leather_jacket.jpg but a bit larger compared to my size and a bit darker. It's rather more of a biker leather jacket then it is of any sort of "casual" or whatever you'd call it jacket.
And as said, I wear a rather generic and short-sleeved plain collared shirt (white and light-blue I prefer) and actually sometimes just a plain tee. I prefer collared shirts though because I just reckon for my sake they look better. Also some loose dark blue jeans and then you've got me.
I also like my hair messy, and have a pretty good beard. I might actually think of getting my hair real short next time I go to get a hair cut. I think it's important I don't look like some sort skater-kid/other sort of fag because in my opinion they're really saying that they want to dress like girls. And if girls actually make judgements on you based on your fashion then they're dumb. I make judgements on people not on how stylish they look or how attractive they are, I make judgements based on whether they are a plain dumbass or not. I mean, who would go out with a super-hot woman if she was as dumb as a baby?
Also related to earlier, my definitions on some things:
Homo: Can also be confused with "emo" in my opinion, but generally people who wear bright colours.
Fag: People who are trashy (such as skater-kids) and wear the stupidest clothes I've seen, as well as having stupid hair jobs (such as streaks or green/blue/other bizarre hair colours.
That's my take on fashion, if you take it to seriously, get off of the Earth and go to Mars. I think I look fine wearing what I wear and I'm betting no one hear has as awesome a leather jacket as mine.

If you drop something heavy on your steel capped shoes, your toes will say hello to the steel cap too, because it will bend and pinch your toes to shit.
To the bolded: About 80% of hipsters you see around town.
And also to clarify:
Homo = Homosexual, as in, likes the same sex.
Fag = Same as above, but more of a term of abuse.
And lastly, that leather jacket wasn't anything special IMO.

SHIT BRO it's not rocket science.
Just buy whatever looks good, does it's purpose, and saves you money. Variety is what you want. T-shirts and jeans are more than good enough.
Although I do tend to avoid shit like Abercrombie or Hollister or whatever the fuck it is hipsters wear now-a-days. Certain brands come with certain stereotypes/reputations from what I can tell.
AS for jeans; respect your cock. don't buy skinny. just go with regular fit.
Pfft ahah from the dunlop website

I've never spoken to a girl whose said they that has no interest in what a guy is wearing. Making an effort with what you wear sends alot of messages to girls. They don't judge you on your intelligence for the most part and why would they. I've dated girls that want to be doctors and girls that want to work in hairdressing. Neither relationship was more rewarding than the other due to intellect for the most part, its more how we connect on a social and emotional level than an intellectual. Clothes show what social groups you are in as well as your personal tastes, I can look at a guy and tell if I'd like him (friends im not gay) or not and what kind of personality he has by his clothes. Putting forward a certain image of yourself is one of the main functions of fashion.
Also I have a cooler leather jacket ;)

thats why you don't buy your clothes from a tyre and bike company

No, you really can't. You can only build up an assumption which might or might not be correct.
No, you really can't. You can only build up an assumption which might or might not be correct.
I can because my assumption has been correct 100% of the time
I can because my assumption has been correct 100% of the time
Agreed somewhat. Hell, I even noticed this change in myself when I became more social and started caring about my appearance.
It's not always true though, I'm friends with lots of hippies and alternatives when I'm the 'pop dude?' of the group.
If I ever have enough money I want a bespoke Ozwald Boateng suit
he's probably one of the most talented tailors/designer alive today
Yes I love Ozwald Boateng.
He's like Suits 2.0.
SCopE5000 or anyone on this thread with good fashion knowledge, do you know where i can get boots similar to these, as theses boots were only £32.50 from River Island, however sadly are sold out completely :/ and i dont really have £180 to buy the same ones from AllSaints...

yeah, um, no. if you can make your brand well known, you can raise your prices to several times more than other companies, and idiots will still buy from you cause it's your brand. quality doesn't matter to these people, all they want is a fucking logo. and they're willing to pay $200 more for it.
um what what i meant was those shoes look to be horribly constructed and are ugly as hell nobody would pay that much for them
um what what i meant was those shoes look to be horribly constructed and are ugly as hell nobody would pay that much for them
Gucci charge £800 or something completely OVERCHARGED for them, £180 is lovely compared to that, and £32.50 sounds nicer again :smug:
This is the kind of shit I wear.
