Epic Win7
This thread was made in October and its still up with only two pages.... What the hell?
Mac OSX. Yes, this is true, don't bitch about it.
The one I'm using right now.
what the fuck are you on
what the fuck are YOU on?
I would have to say Win XP 32-bit (Haven't tried 64-bit :S) I wish I could say 7 except that I am a person who generally has quite a few windows open and 7's taskbar layout seems a real bitch to get used to. I would never go for an OS other than Win XP simply because it looks better, considering I use computers to actually get stuff done rather than sit there and marvel at the shiny graphics. (Dark Zune skin for XP is rly awesome though :P) My 2nd preference would be Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala, simply because I'm used to it's layout and features etc. Something that I really don't like about Linux as a general use desktop computer is the sheer amount of customization; I still don't know which I prefer out of Gnome or KDE and all the choices of sound mixers... Jesus Christ :\ Also, I have used Mac OS X and I have to say I enjoyed it ONLY because it is purpose built. Photoshop works great and web browsing is good as well, but if it was built for gaming or programming or most of the other stuff I do on a regular basis, it would fail as an OS.
Vista atm, im yet to try Windows 7
XP and 7
Windows Vista Home premium
Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit. I might change my mind once I try 7 though.
XP and 7
Vista isn't that bad... It beats Xp.
Vista and 7, Vista because I am extremely used to it now.
Windows 7. Partly because everything is faster now but more because when i first installed it i had all my driver disks lined up ready to install my hardware. Windows 7 pops up and says "Yeah.. uh hi, i guess you are the user. I found all this stuff on your PC *lists all my hardware* so I pulled the drivers off the net and installed them for you..:smug:" I was just like..... woah!
what the fuck are YOU on?
Are you implying that UNIX is equivalent to DOS because it boots directly into the shell (command line)? lrn2 OpenSolaris
Are you implying that UNIX is equivalent to DOS because it boots directly into the shell (command line)?
Back in the days where I used Unix, it had no GUI shells, only commandlines So yes, in my opinion UNIX = DOS; just like how DOS can also run a shell called WINDOWS.
Windows XP is the best.
Vista Home Premium x64
Windows 7, I miss XPs control panel :(
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Though XP was niiice
I dunno, I like Vista, has pretty bad shit to it as well, nothing wrong with XP, never liked Ubuntu or Mac, never tried W7, I'll go with Vista. [editline]06:12PM[/editline] 64bit that is. [editline]06:12PM[/editline] Home Premium that is.
Windows 8
Windows ME, it hurts so good.
Windows 7 64bit
XP pro 64 bit
I like Vista, W7 is probably better but haven't tried it yet.
Windows 7 Better than my vista :D
