I dunno, man. Love is a complicated emotion. You're preparing yourself for so much heartbreak if you're falling in love that quickly without being sure that she's even interested in you at all. I'm not telling you to be a man with a stone heart or anything, but you can't fling the word "love" around so carelessly. But I would ask her out anyways. Its the only way to know for sure. But from what I can tell, it doesn't seem like shes interested in you the same way you are interested in her. There's nothing wrong with having a friend of the opposite sex to tell everything to. But just don't be so quick to think "maybe she likes me!" Just because she likes to talk to you. Like I said though, go for it. Just don't expect much.
Okay then :sigh: -edit- I wasn't trying to say I wanted to date her because I can just talk to her, it's because I love her. I genuinely love her. I haven't felt this way in a pretty long time -edit again- Her name's Ellie.
I don't think you love her, but I can't know... Be very cynical about that emotion above all others, because it's likely that you're just infatuated with her.
I know she said that she wasn't interested but I just need to get it out of my system, I just need to get it off of my chest.
I can't tell if this means Ellie herself said that, or if you're talking about the Y person. If Ellie said it herself, you obviously shouldn't try to ask her out after that. Just talk about it casually, don't make things awkward. I've been in that situation and it's not a good one.

The other night my mom asked me a bunch of questions about my recent behavior and seems to seriously think I have diabetes... And after that I'm noticing what I'm doing and I'm getting paranoid about... I want to get tested, but at the same time I rather not know.. Fuck.

Well no shit. But what I don't want to know is what type it is since it runs in family and up until recently I've had a shitty diet.
Well no shit. But what I don't want to know is what type it is since it runs in family and up until recently I've had a shitty diet.
That's all the more reason to go find out. If you don't there's the possibility of you having it and not doing anything about it. I'm no doctor but I'm pretty sure leaving any disease untreated is not a good thing to do. [editline]30th May 2011[/editline] But then again I shouldn't really say anything. I'm being a hypocrite right now.
If it's type I'll go insane. [editline]30th May 2011[/editline] And you know I went to private med school, I know a lot about and can say I have at least two or three symptoms. Maybe four.
Not sure at all what to do at this point.
I'm pretty sure the problem isn't exactly the problem, it's the fact that I even think it's a problem in the first place when it really shouldn't be.
I'm pretty sure the problem isn't exactly the problem, it's the fact that I even think it's a problem in the first place when it really shouldn't be.
No worries. Worrying never did nothin' for nobody. Just breath and relax, re-evaluate your options with said problem/issue, figure out if you can do anything about it. If you can, then do something. If you can't, then there's absolutely no point to fretting about it. Concerning yourself with an issue that you can't do anything about wastes time, energy, and will only add towards mental and physical deterioration. Take some deep breaths, think over the problem calmly, see what you can do about it if anything, and then take action OR place the problem to the side and focus on more important things.

It's also a pretty important thing. It's been stressing me out quite a bit recently. [editline]30th May 2011[/editline] It's pretty hard describing how a problem affects you when you can't say what the problem is.
Then take a risk or don't. If you don't take a risk, you'll be staying safe, but your stress most likely will keep returning until you DO take the risk if you refuse to put it out of your mind. If that risk isn't putting your life or your three basic needs in danger, then I would go for it.

Maybe not the top bit.
