Went to the doctor and my blood work came back fine, still getting the black hole thing in my tonsil checked out. Most they could tell me is my blood looks fine and i don't have mono or something like that. That actually describes it pretty well, I eat leafy and green foods pretty often, and i like vegetables quite a bit. But I also eat a lot of meat (I used to work out quite a bit and I'd have red meat, pork, chicken or fish every day that i'd cook at home with some asparagas or potato salad or salad.) I do need to start working out more again but things have just been so busy lately and my girlfriend already complains that i don't spend enough time with her anyways due to work and other shit, but I'm thinking she might just have to deal with it. [editline]8th February 2014[/editline] I'm not quite sure what sleep paralysis is, I'll have to look into it.
Well it seems that your diet is definitely healthy enough, try working out some more like you said and maybe spend time with your girlfriend for a better emotional feeling so your not feeling so sluggish later on.
