might i just say that chatdog has some very interesting colour choices
Bit of a strange question here, but has a mod ever been banned while still a mod, and not lost mod status "during" the ban?
I mean, there have been mods that have went on mass ban sprees and gotten banned but they lost their mod-ship due to it.

Garry banned TH89 a while back for a week. This was after his "incident."

Yes I knew about that, but he did temporary lose mod for that didn't he?
Think a few mods have banned themselves either accidentally or as a joke, it's undone as soon as another mod notices.
Banning isn't really a punishment meant for mods though. If they do something worth getting banned, they'd probably lose mod status at least for a bit.

Nah. I've been permabanned due to an exploit of some sort, yet was able to go into the mod control panel and unban myself.
Oh right on, thanks for the info!
Why is the Popular Threads page only showing threads with 10+ viewers?
Please return it to its lesser viewer limit.
Thanks in advance.

a thread with less than 10 viewers wouldn't be very popular now would it
[QUOTE=Nathax;30195174]a thread with less than 10 viewers wouldn't be very popular now would it[/QUOTE]
As of right now there are <30 threads for viewing in the Popular Threads section.
Most of which are the normal popular ones, thus making it hard to find the 'less' popular ones that people are reading.
Did garry do something to improve images loading because I used to have an annoying time going in to threads that were only used for image posting but now it loads in a second, I don't even have to wait while the screen goes up and I have to drag it down?
Teh_Shane banned TH89 a while back, but then he got demodded for it.
Snip, nvm
Is there such thing as a "nuke" thing for admins where you can ban a mod but it will also permaban you?
I heard it somewhere but wanted to make sure if it was real..
The term "Nuke" is often used to describe, Deleting a thread while banning the Op.
Or something like that.
I don't think the "Nuke" you are talking about is that, Admins can ban mods. So why would they want to ban them but in return get perma'd?
[QUOTE=Overv;30191613]I [del]made[/del] generated a word cloud of the chat messages so far.

No surprises there.[/QUOTE]
Why is it case-sensitive?
I see garry twice there.

By the way, you can pretty much see all the forum names if you search.
I think I've seen a mod ban himself for 12 hours because he was going to bed

Don't see why people can't have the mental capicbility of keeping themselves off a certain site for somewhat hours.
Didn't johnnymo ban himself for making a stalker joke in a fukushima thread?

Yeah I reported him to him on Steam

I remember Grea$emonkey getting banned for a day by Garry because he mistook a few people for GMod pirates and permabanned them.
He stayed a mod throughout, and still is one.

Just a thought about Facepunch's OS icons:
Why would they be stored in the post data rather than just as a user variable?
This post has my OS set to Windows, which is completely accurate. While [URL="http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1093780-Madness-Combat-10?p=30197002&highlight=#post30197002"]this post[/URL] I did earlier stores my OS as Linux, which was completely accurate too.
So API access isn't going to be given out to anyone? I had a couple of neat ideas that used it but I might have to use other means to grab data for it.
Another thing, will the chat be seeing channels and BBcode/smilies in the future?
