I'm going to learn play Wonderwall as soon as I get a guitar, my brother will love me, lol. (uh, like he doesn't already?)
It's his favorite band right now, so yeah.

Got a Schecter Omen-7 "EXTREME" yesterday, it's pretty awesome. I think the EXTREME is only because of the finish and the inlays. But anyway, here she is up against my newish amp:

Im probably buying a Peavey Bandit 112 Amp. Anyone had any experience with it?
Im also looking at a Haelströhm Les Paul atm. Anyone tried one?
Should I buy a beginners kit which includes a beginners guitar, plectrums, bag, tuner and a carrying strap/shoulder strap?
Or should I go straight on buying just a good guitar?

Good guitar imo
enjoy great sound and shit will last u for a longtime

I don't really need a plectrum (I have one already), a bag would be nice but don't care too much about it, I won't need a shoulder strap unless I'm doing performances which I will not, and I can tune a guitar just fine.

All these shits are cheap and easy to get, no need to buy a pack just to get them

The company was co-founded by Randy Rhoads, what else do you expect?
I'm so musically retarded lately. Me and a friend are starting a small folk group with just me and him, and for some reason I can't do anything. I mean, I've got lyrics, and chords I want to use, I just can't get a decent strumming pattern if my life depended on it.
:smug:
I play the guitar hero
Anyone ever heard of Overwater Guitars?
Couldn't find any better pictures of it in action, but here are some

I'm thinking of getting new strings for my classical guitar, any suggestions on what brand I should choose?

That's an interesting guitar..
22 frets, but the bridge is near the bottom of the body, and the the fretboard is set really far in.

It also appears to have a Floyd Rose, a three-way selector, a single control knob for two dual coils, and a weird fret dot layout...
Washburn N4 amirite?
I'm borrowing this little beauty for a gig in a few weeks.

Thoughts?

More like N2 amirite, N4s are like $1,600. Also the left horn comes up really high with the body. The volume knob is also coil tap so it can do single coil on the pickups.

I moved the triforce. And I wish it had 24 frets but oh well there's really nothing wrong with 22.
Got my Jackson Soloist, it truly is epic, it feels so fucking nice to play, more than I expected. The bass strings sound great, it is truly godlike. I'll post pics later.
Are any of these any good ?
I really want a strat but I don't have £800 for a Fender one.

I think squiers are perfectly fine for a beginner, so just get whichever one of those that you like the most. However if you're not a beginner, I think there's far better strats out there for the same price, which don't cost as much.

I've been playing for eight years but I don't know a lot about electric guitars, always been acoustic for me until three years ago but it's a shitty Les Paul copy I have.
Can you tell me some better strats then ?
You could just buy one of the cheaper Fender strats:

How much money are we talking about £100-200, £200-400?

If you have the money...

Money is a big issue with me. It would need to be £100-£200 if possible but if not then I could save. No more than £400 though, but it would take me a while.
I suppose a squier would be your best bet then probably, they're not bad guitars for how cheap they are.
