You can't prove or disprove religion.
You can't prove it, therefore you can disprove it.
I belive in nothing and im still alive, happy and in good health.
Religion to me is just a way to turn to when youre hopeless.
hey look im atheist im rebelling against mommy and daddy ooh im such a rebel :::::))))))
This is how most FP atheists appear to anyone that doesn't have their head firmly up their ass. Just thought you'd like to know.
That's not true for everyone, eh.

Is there anything wrong with that? Because I'm all for something that brings hope to those unfortunate.

Is there any atheist that doesn't hate theists, or any theist that doesn't hate atheists besides me here?
lol fp atheists
it's a good thing I'm not atheist
That's not true for everyone, eh.
That's why I said most. Honestly, there's two parts to it. One, a lot of FP atheists try and force their lack of religion on you, it's like furries screaming that they should be accepted for wanting to fuck half human half animals in the ass. Two, what they do and say isn't true "atheism". It's honestly more 'rebel against mommy and daddy anti-Christianity'. I hope I articulated that well enough, I woke up not too long ago and am running to get breakfast.

that's my favorite part of this thread
I thought the biggest lie was "I agree to these terms of conditions."
The Bible isn't a lie, it's just a book that somehow got millions of people to believe it's bullshit.
Why does everyone throw the term "atheist" around? Open you're eyes. There's more to it than "Christians, Atheists and Muslims".
I've never really thought about it much, but I would probably consider myself Agnostic.

I love tight dog anus wooo
Fuck, I hate threads like these. It's just dumbass teenagers bickering on and on about WHO'S RIGHT AND WHO'S WRONG.
Let this thread die.
I'm somewhat agnostic. I believe that mostly everything has a spirit and that they are in control of themselves and not under the control of some dude living up in the clouds.
When I say "In control of themselves" I mean that they are in control of their destiny, future, etc and don't need some higher upper being to help guide them to it because if they just follow what they know is true and stay on the path to whatever they want they will get it without the aid of a mysterious old man who doesn't want to show himself.
The bible is mostly a lie. The only true book is the Koran. Blessings and peace be upon Allah
That's a funny post because the old testament is in the Koran.

I'm pretty sure a few atheists (on FP anyway) just plain dislike anyone who believes in God
The Bible is a great book by the way. I read it once and it teaches many many good moral values. Of course there are some bad parts but that's what you get when you collect many different rewritten tales and stories about history. Most of the stuff people hate about religion isn't even in the book itself but rather a result of interpretation and qutes out of context.
Saying something is stupid or bad because it can be missinterpreted is stupid.

I'm not gonna lie, I hate just as many athiests as I do theists.

It's funny. Many not so hardcore religious people argue that it's ok not to believe in god because as long as you live a moral and productive life you are already following the way of god.
The bible and churches are often merely seen as anchors and guidance for those who struggle the right way.
I don't hate thiests. I just dislike organised religion. What I do hate however, are bigots.

I do my best
In dark times like this, I'm glad I'm Lutheran.
In many ways the Bible could be interpreted as a great moral code. It teaches you how to live a virtuous life, I don't see why so many people bash it while at the same time they were living by standards established in one of the oldest books in history.
Think back a few hundret years ago. If the church or the "Papst" didn't like a king, they said "We're going to make a holy war and kill this sinner". It truly was like that. There are many books about it.

Yea but that was an act of politics, not of religion. Religion as always been the excuse but not the reason.
