steam train physically causes me pain
steam train physically causes me pain
Can you explain? I haven't watched grumps for some time. edit: So it's basically Arin 'published' two of his friends on his channel for a cut of the profits?
I find that Steam Train is trying to be too much like Game Grumps. Jon and Arin had a real organic way of ending episodes, where even if it was set-up, it felt legitimately funny and authentic. It felt as though Barry was just listening through for Jon to say something or start saying something and then cutting it to match Jon's style of delivery. But with Steam Train they are both aware of this Game Grumps staple and they're trying too hard to mimic it and it just comes out sounding really stale and forced. I don't dislike them for it nor do I think Steam Train is objectively 'bad'; it just feels as though they should be much more brave and less reliant on what's come before with Jon and Arin
Does anyone have a guide on how to draw muscle structures in the arms/legs properly? I tried Googleing it but all I can find are detailed logs of every muscle in the human arm or oversimplified methods used for sketching figures really quick. Edit: maybe some tips on foreshortening too?
Dalto for a second I'd thought you'd signed your picture twice.
Well I watermarked it poorly because I posted it on a site in which I don't completely trust it to not be stolen. As for my signature, still trying different ones.

michael hampton's figure drawing book is a must-have. it's SO frickin good. very modern (2005?) and easy to digest. brief blocks of text, color-coded diagrams, and a bunch of really nice drawings- there's stuff in there i would frame and put up on my wall.
