Here's the updated and after critique fixed powered exoskeleton design. I rendered it more and took away distracting elements as the helmet. Big thanks for all your comments on it guys!

While I find the hand tip to be a good one, I'd argue that the asymmetrical hips aren't a big deal. Human bodies are bound to have some deformities from the symmetrical normal, and it's good to practice a little variation on top of the standard symmetrical body.
and i don't think the boob thing is necessarily right at all either

They look a little too spaced out in the middle but I think it mostly looks weird because her boob is dissappearing under her arm, when in a more natural pose it would get pushed over closer to the other one instead
Can someone tell me whats wrong with my Photoshop or tablet? It has this awful lag thing going on and I cant get it to stop.

Try to (change to greyscale mode instead of rgb, if there's still lag;) upgrade your pc. (probably. gpu issues might be why too)

You're the best. <3
also poke around in brush settings (F5) for what pen pressure controls, spacing etc
and try unticking smoothing there and see what happens
I had the same problem but it was because I had holding the pen down for a second or so bound to right click for some reason. It worked fine when I unbound it.

I just finished all 68 pages, just to see if there was one decent drawing. To save you all some time: no.
I'm trying to develop my art style.

Your drawings will improve a lot if you practice a more confident line.
Does anyone have a guide on how to draw muscle structures in the arms/legs properly?
I tried Googleing it but all I can find are detailed logs of every muscle in the human arm or oversimplified methods used for sketching figures really quick.

maybe some tips on foreshortening too?

michael hampton's figure drawing book is a must-have. it's SO frickin good. very modern (2005?) and easy to digest. brief blocks of text, color-coded diagrams, and a bunch of really nice drawings- there's stuff in there i would frame and put up on my wall.
Yeah my roommate had this and it's really great as well. I tried calling the bookstore to see if they had it and they asked if I was sure it existed :I

Hate to be a sourpuss but to me an art style is something that just happens, i don't think you should have to try to develop it. I can see the adventure time influence- which is okay i guess, but I wouldn't recommend trying to force yourself to adopt a style because you think it looks better or because it's popular

Noted, and don't worry, I wont force myself to adopt other people's styles. That's lame.
I actually think it's totally cool to practice stylizing your art and drawing in the style of other people. Obviously you should also develop your realistic drawing as that's the foundation that everything else comes from, but stylization is a skill like any other that comes with practice.
My recent drawings are very influenced by a lot of Afu Chan's work--I think it's really cool, and when I move on to other stuff I'll remember the aspects of his style (like his particular way of combining black and colored ink, atmospheric perspective in flatshaded art, etc) that I like the best, and incorporate them in future work where it's appropriate.
If you plan on working professionally a lot of studios will require you to conform to style guides, too, so as long as you're not getting stuck only ever doing a specific style it's a very healthy thing to explore and practice imo. :)
