His helmet is obviously spherical, and now it looks so flat, mostly because of this white area on it's right side. And please don't get offended, but this construction of his hand just doesnt' make any sense. It could be a good idea to work on it a bit more, as well as on some parts like hands and and feet beacuse now they look too sketchy and uneven imo. You can also try to add some small interesting details to other parts of the suit to attract some attention to them. And as always a shitty edit to show what I mean. aye i was working on a strict timelimit cos this is just a sketch for something that will probably be 3D modelled into an environment prop like a corpse or something hence the unfinished state but the rest of the critique was great thank you
As a russian, this does not looks russian at all. But if it looks russian for you then good job.
At least he's not using russian letters as latin replacements.

Legs look a bit small
I made her torso to long as well after further inspection. I never see that shit until I'm practically done.

Alright, I'm about to call this done, unless anyone suggests anything? It looks darker on my laptop, but i'd rather go with how it looks on the Mac for now.
that's a lot better but imo the smoke would look nicer if you did it by hand/used a more painterly texture to fit the rest of the thing
Made this in Photoshop while listening to Some Ice Cube [t]http://puu.sh/4RN9q.jpg[/t]
Would it be offtopic/taboo/asking for free stuff for no good reason to make a request for some sort of art here?
Would it be offtopic/taboo/asking for free stuff for no good reason to make a request for some sort of art here?
I guess it depends on who you ask?
I guess it depends on who you ask?
A public call to pencils to all bad enough dudes to answer it.
Would it be offtopic/taboo/asking for free stuff for no good reason to make a request for some sort of art here?
feel free to ask, just don't expect immediate feedback or fast work if you're not planning on paying

Alrighty, is there any bad enough dudes out there to draw a pixie ninja? I need it because of reasons.
Alrighty, is there any bad enough dudes out there to draw a pixie ninja? I need it because of reasons.
what proportions? certain palette you want? i can make 8-bit pictures (a little bad) and MAYBE 16-bit pictures :P
what proportions? certain palette you want? i can make 8-bit pictures (a little bad) and MAYBE 16-bit pictures :P
Well, it needs to be suitable for a character portrait/token for online tabletop RPGs. That's the reason I need it, I don't know how to photoshop pixie wings on a generic ninja lady.
Just finished this 45 minute acrylic mock up, 28x14" panel that is a test for a 4x8' version that I'm building the panel for. It's part of a series of "challenges".
I think I would prefer the comp if the bottom line was perfectly horizontal As is it's so close to being horizontal that it gives me a tick looking at the painting

I've just started my course in animation and as such these are all animation related pieces of work, I hope the posting of them is acceptable in this thread. He looks fine when he's only a stick figure, because stick figures are simple and all, but when it's an actual "person" doing those moves, they seem really stiff and unnatural.

My experience in animation has solely been 3D animation and this is the first time I've actually animated frame by frame 2D animation by hand.
