I'm making a game. Here are some sprites. c&c. There are 2-3 variations for each class.
Right, I wanted to talk about this. I think for such small sprites you're using too many colors that are too close together. I've probably said this before but for tiny pixel art contrast is absolutely everything. They're definitely really nice though.

I think the treeline in the back could be thicker, as in with more vegetation near the bottom of it rather than just tree trunks. It looks like the edge of a map in a game.

Doing thumbnails trying to design a character. For something so small on a page I was quite happy with it..
Just out of interest, how do you guys hold your pen? I know most people hold their pen with their index, middle finger and thumb, but I hold mine in 3 fingers + thumb. Didn't really notice it was odd until watching youtube videos. I wonder if it has much effect.
I'm a freak. I hold my pens like some weird chopsticks. But, I've gotten so used to it now, it's quite handy as I can flip between pen and pencil quickly.

Made every Muse album cover + 3 singles into tiny 25x25 pics.

I dunno, certainly one of the better cheap pens, but not the best. It bleeds through your paper sometimes, I've found.
Demons are always a fun thing to draw.

brush pens are the fuckin bezzz. really great for figure study classes too - makes you less precious and work faster and stronger [editline]10th November 2013[/editline] just remembered i never posted my last life drawing stuff and this thing
I hold my pencil really strangely.. [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34938612/WIN_20131110_175311.JPG[/t] I move my thumb closer to the tip when I need finer control though - I tend to draw with my shoulder, something a tutor taught me.
Faber Castell B pen is orgasmic to draw with
Sadly the prices of Faber-Castel at my local Artstore is too high for me, even these pencils were £8 - which is good i guess but I'm sure the Faber-Castel ones are like £25... Some of you will probably tell me I'm being silly but I'm very wary about spending money..
While we're on the topic of grip, am i the only one who has this problem: [t]http://i.imgur.com/DPKelMj.jpg[/t] I'm not doing that with my middle finger on purpose. When i draw i usually draw quickly and very rough. I guess my finger started bending because of the pressure. And you see that bump on the left side of it? It's tough as nails and can withstand needles and knives and shit.

Here's an unfinished painting of a Hakosuka Skyline I did. Probably not going to be finished, as my acrylic tool in sai has decided it is the marker tool and I cannot figure out how to fix it. [t]http://fc02.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2013/314/5/0/hakosuka_gt_r_painting_by_jazxsora-d6trtap.png[/t]

Just thought I will put these here as I finally did something that is not a pinup of pretty girls... They really should take much less time, but I feel... complete lol, I can go to bed now...
[t]http://i.imgur.com/DPKelMj.jpg[/t]
Christ, I think you should see someone about that. You don't want a bone deformation or something in a few years
looks like early onset boneitis to me.
