Referenced from a random scene in The Godfather [t]http://i.imgur.com/psAyXjS.png[/t] The shadows are unbalanced but I'm done with this for today

Thats one more than 2.
The middle one looks like a midget :v If your gonna draw booty ya gotta get the proportions right man. Assuming your trying to go with skullgirls style her body is too long and her lower legs could probably do to be a bit longer, her hands and feet should also be a full head size as well. That and you broker her back. Bad. The angle of her butt doesnt line up close enough to the angle of her back or her legs well enough to be believable. If you wanted to go outside skullgirls style then her hands and feet should still be bigger but mostly her legs should just be longer. Quite a bit so. No idea why I decided to crit this of all things.

Im usualy alright as perspective.
I think most of the issue with the building on the left is the doors. If you moved the doors up and put some steps to indicate they are higher than the slanted road it would probably make it look less like it's falling through the road. Just a guess, I'm terrible at perspective.
I am practicing drawing movement. Does feels like she is running? Lazy background I know, it's just something I made quick. [thumb]http://oi58.tinypic.com/mmaqfs.jpg[/thumb]
The arms look a bit weird, the foreshortening isn't really working there so it just looks really short, and the motion blur has a hard edge and doesn't make sense either.

don't know how the building passed my inspection last night...
I find it really hard to paint forests from far away. It's like it needs to be detailed but to actually paint in the detail to make it look right would take hours. Does anyone have any advice on that? Specifically, what I can do as the bare minimum to get it to read as a forest? (applies to any distant repetitive detail I guess)
This one reads pretty well: http://fadingz.deviantart.com/art/OSMADTH-The-Ilium-333027170 or this: http://fadingz.deviantart.com/art/Elemental-Token-374420660 I think the key is to create the silhouette with a loose brush, to have a breezy effect.

Thanks.
The horizontal perspective's pretty good, except for where the ground meets the wall. But the frontal perspective needs a lot of work. The truck feels flattened because it's wheels are pretty much on the same plane. The shadows from the truck toward the viewer should either match up, or be greater than the perspective (depending on how far away that light is) and the gas station's roof/boards on the leftmost house need to match the grid. Download the tool Carapace. It makes perspective grids for you.
the blockout for the perspective was 3d rendered lmao
I want to say I kinda guessed that, because I could have sworn that was the truck you were working on a while back.
hehe
hello i tried a different perspective click for dark background some of my characters got over their case of tumblr-nose

[editline]2nd March 2014[/editline] i wish i could post all the art i've been doing for this game.
I was bored.
Made for a challenge over at PJ Not 100% done but I had to submit it due to the deadline Alternate version: Good news is that I am getting better from my previous stuff!
the blockout for the perspective was 3d rendered lmao
Well then you did something strange while drawing it because the perspective doesn't look right at all. Do you still have a picture of the 3D version?
[t]http://i.imgur.com/dwE2kZu.jpg[/t] dunno if it's to do with the lens i rendered with maybe
