Visible for me, but from experience CA.org does seem to drop every so often [editline]1st May 2013[/editline]
That third comp turns me on Mal Sand looks ok, maybe drop it a bit in the second one Weak figures once again aren't doing your landscapes justice
Thanks man! Does anybody else have any critiques of the pic I posted? (link) I'm also really interested to hear what interpretation you have of it
My first logo, what do you think?
[t]http://i809.photobucket.com/albums/zz14/fireguy717/Blind_Necromancer_zpsfe8d9d0f.jpg[/t] Feh, I'm no good at drawing lizard people. ...Or bandages for that matter.
Bad aliasing throughout, but nifty design.
Yeah, that because it's a screenshot, the original is vectorized and thanks btw.

Try viewing it as a very small thumbnail, as often logos will be small and shoved in a corner for sponsorships. You should still be able to see the line variation well at that size.

[t]http://puu.sh/2Kyj5.jpg[/t] Arms are fucked.
Too long? Edit: man, that left arm looks painful
Started a new painting
What's with that red overlay?
Do you mean in the painting or in the photo?
Photo.
Oh, my phone's camera does that
uh since it's all red you can't really tell what the fucks going on
Started a new painting
it's hard to make out what I see in there. Maybe you should snap it in a room better lighting or up the exposure levels since you're using a phone
get a editing/filter app if you can, then tweak with contrast and saturation to get the rooms lighting out of the way
I'd look up methods of lighting it correctly. No amount of filtering or editing can replace the colour quality you'll get from just lighting it well
I'm also really interested to hear what interpretation you have of it
It's pretty confusing to be honest. The first one has something plummeting, then the second one seems to be a lead-in to an investigation of said object, but then the drone thingy just goes over to the pipes in the distance (I'm assuming that those weren't what fell from the sky, because if so it's REALLY not obvious :v:) From the second to the third it looks like the first character might be sending a message to the second? The drone has a humanoid on its rear display in #2 but it's ambiguous as to whether that's a message (and what that would mean) or if that's what it's programmed to seek. If that thing has been programmed to seek humanoid life forms, then I would expect one or the other of the characters to be a survivor from the crash; checking for local inhabitants or something. But there's nothing whatever to indicate either of them aren't local. And if they're just sending a message, then why is there a first image at all? It doesn't seem to link to the rest at all. We don't know what's crashed, we don't know where in the daytime landscape it is (it might be one or more of the smoke sources we see in the bg but who knows?) or who's who or what anyone is doing for sure. It's unclear what the thing is hanging in the tube mouth in #3 as well, I thought that was the drone from #2 at first glance. Now it's just confusing, I'm guessing it belongs to the second character but what's it for? It seems to be a bit weird looking and weirdly placed to either be a light source for nighttime or a beacon. So yes, the narrative seems to be so implied or just loosely connected that the dots don't connect at all. Any number of things could be going on.
Boulder city
Looks a bit like Fallout. Is it Fallout inspired? [editline]1st May 2013[/editline] Anyway, glad to see you're back.
Well, (s)he did called it Boulder City
No girls on the internet.
What about d3tbs [editline]1st May 2013[/editline] Oh no, he was exposed as a fraud. Hey ho :/
Always wanted to do some starcraft fanart.

I like the idea of a SC2 'forest marine'. Though I can't help but think the proportions are really off. It looks almost like he has no shoulders, and his torso is smaller than his waist and crotch. Idk if that's meant to be a marine, or a new special suit you came up with, but if it is a marine, their torsos are HUGE.
