Does anyone know why there's no video timeline option in my photoshop? There's dozens of people struggling with the same problem with a quick google but absolutely nobody has found a solution except "reinstall photoshop" which hasn't been reported to work once.
You need the Photoshop CS6 Extended Edition. It's an Extended feature, but they probably have it in the CC version too.

It makes me sad that in the ~10 threads I looked in with people asking exactly the same question this was never mentioned. They all just said something to the effect of "DUH JUST HIT THE VIDEO TIMELINE BUTTON RIGHT THERE STUPID".

Anyone who can move like that is a goddamn wizard as far as I'm concerned
I'm so sick of drawing fucking skulls. [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/HLYy8sf.png[/img_thumb]
I love drawing skulls, i can't get enough of it.
Does the top half look just a little too small to anyone else?
It does
I haven't seen motivation in these parts for months
Summer's a bitch. "I have so much time to do work!" and i do nothing
Does the top half look just a little too small to anyone else?
It is. ... Which means it's time for more skulls tomorrow.
It is. ... Which means it's time for more skulls tomorrow.
For some reason you almost always draw the nose too low. Try making the top of the nose and eye sockets aligned
I decided to work on nothing but digital art this summer. I won't even touch a pencil or brush (I probably will). Color studies

I would suggest you use watercolor for the first layer and brush in more basic colors to give you a sense of the color scheme, otherwise you'll be lost in the details. There's a lot more yellow and desaturated colors in the original. If your colors are too saturated add equal amounts of black and white to dull it and make it more neutral.

I feel obliged to add that although I replied with mr. tickle I actually think this is beautiful, I really liked it five stars
How do you handle selling a painting? Usually I feel really sentimental to my work and have a hard time letting people even look at them without me being near them.
I consider the amount of money put in, including paints, canvas, and paint brushes, pens. Then I question myself, how much effort and labor did i throw into this piece. I said a lot. So $200...sounded fair. This person wanted a soundboard and an olive branch, but done entirely with my style - no restrictions.

I usually feel attached to my work due to said hard work, and money (anything actually) doesn't seem like a fair tradeoff. I never tried doing a commission though.

The guy straight up asked me, "How much do you want for that?" not even an hour upon completing it. I struggled with the idea itself, of getting rid of something I created and someone else owning it, and all for money? It definitely didn't feel right. Over time after selling it for about 80 bucks... I thought to myself, someone else is happy with it, why should I have to hoard my work and just share it through the internet or show to close friends. One thing I can say is, I really have learned a lot since selling that first one. Its almost as if I want to keep at it consistently just for the sake of creating and making others happy. For others to admire what you do and respect your craft is one of the most rewarding feelings you can ever attain. And i'm glad I can share with you guys at Facepunch, all of you put in work and inspire each other.
Wasn't entirely sure where to put this for cc, but of the threads where actually good critique is given, I like you guys best, so I figured I'd stick it here.

I have a ton of shit i could have sold but didnt mostly cause i didnt think it was good enough to sell so i wouldn't feel right selling something i wouldnt hang on a wall myself. But shit if someone wants something ill be more than glad to sell anything now lol
Here's some of my recent work: This thing was a test of using non-waterproof ink (sadly the only kind I have at home) on smooth bristol board with water to physically pull shading out of the lines. Gonna explore this more at some point, it's neat [t]http://i.imgur.com/Wng53HE.jpg[/t] This guy's an alien wearing a tinfoil hat because he's scared humans will read his mind. Part of an attempt to move beyond shading everything and improve my linework [t]http://i.imgur.com/EaRT0oq.jpg[/t] A little 2-inch of some sort of alien on mars. I like to think he's a chav. [t]http://i.imgur.com/BPyetg8.jpg[/t] Now I'm working on a full-page version of that little doodle, again with a focus on improving my linework and sense of volume/space [t]http://i.imgur.com/cuShkbl.jpg[/t] This one is the reason I was testing the ink, I was going to transfer it to some vellum bristol board using ink so I could watercolor it, but the ink I have at home runs when it's wet. And it's the final project for my art class, and our art show is this Thursday so if I want to get this guy in there I have get creative. I'm probably going to spend extra time in class to transfer it with permanent ink and borrow some watercolor supplies...

People would offer upward of $200-300 for my paintings and I even got commissioned for a $1500 mural. Turned them all down. Any painting I gave away was for free because I cared about or liked the person receiving it. I've turned to the dark side :v: Everything I make goes up for auction or on a t-shirt. I've also started making prints of my work, detaching myself from any sentimental attachment from my art. My advice would be to find a balance between being to attached to your work like I was and selling your soul like I have.
So, does anyone else find breasts really easy to draw?
So, does anyone else find breasts really easy to draw?
They certainly aren't the bodypart I have the most trouble with, but I wouldn't say they are easy as such.
So, does anyone else find breasts really easy to draw?
You may as well show us your drawings so we can tell you if you're a natural or if you're just deluded :v:
So, does anyone else find breasts really easy to draw?
Well they're easy to "draw", but pretty hard to master.
