May as well post my WIP
This is half of my webcomic cover (yes half). I need to ink a few more stuff and color it through, but thats for later.
That would be a kickass poster
Went back to drawing on my tablet, after several months of not drawing anything at all.

How'd I do ?

First time trying to make art with only a spray can and some old newspaper. Came out decent for a first try but nothing compared to most others that I have seen online and by street artists.

I wish soft particles worked.

to be completely honest the shit these ~space spraypaint~ street artists make looks pretty terrible, boring & unoriginal (seen as everyone has already figured out how to do it).
woah, really? thanks. I was afraid that people would have a hard time seeing what's going on in there. guess practice makes perfect
Oh yeah it's not a very clear read as a photograph of a faint grey line drawing, if you were to paint it well it would be no problem imo.

I saw one live when I was travelling around Europe in Krakow, and after the first two prints you realise that they all look the same in the end. It's quite a limited medium.

That's a really cool design, he's awesome! My only stipulation is that the barrel of his gun lacks the detail of the rest of it

I tried to use a reference for the first time.

Yeah, I didn't use a reference for this, but at least it's a bit better than what I used to make a couple months ago.

Oh cool, you're back!
Oh cool, you're back!
I'm pretty sure this is just a fluke, I don't even know how I was able to make anything like this.
By better than a few months back, do you mean now you have black lines covering the edges of everything?
does anyone have a zip file or link to somewhere i can save/download a whole bunch of life drawing resources? i figured it'd be useful to have a non-website based resource
You can look around deviantart for figure model pose references.
Also this is really good http://www.artmodeltips.com/poses/
Also i found this thing idk what it is, I think most is just nude/ artistic modeling but some poses are really good http://46.4.238.65/Artictic/Artistic%20Photos%20Archive/Nude%20Art/
Also tumblr http://figuresfordrawing.tumblr.com/ and http://gestureposes.tumblr.com/
I just look around and save a ton of images for later use.
ended up bying a small intuos pro, don't really think I'll be needing a medium. i'm just a hobbyist.
I got it, and here's something I made in Photoshop. I'm happy with the Intuos

The first reminded me of this guy
[img_thumb]http://www.razkun.com/images/ubot/Poster_Pulp_Small.jpg[/img_thumb]
And the 2nd one....ppphhhhhhwwwwwwoooaaaaaaar! The colours are fantastic, youv made a really nice complimenting pallet. I just wish the sky was something a bit more interesting than a gradient, it looks too smooth in contrast with the chunky visuals
Was skipping through 2013 sketchbooks, found this one pretty coo'.

Thank you for such positive feedback! I thought about adding clouds but I decided not to do this, because in my opinion with clouds the whole drawing would be less three-dimensional. Clear sky makes it deeper and doesn't take viewer's attention from robot and mountain.

Work in progress and whatnot.
Kind of a strange way to hold pizza, but I like it.

Isn't it pretty normal to hold pizza by the crust?
