The three Sonic Advance games were fucking solid, as were the Zelda games on the GBA.
Also Advance Wars.
Lego Alphateam
It's a gameboy colour game but w/e
Advanced wars
Legend of zelda minish cap
Harvest moon friends of mineral town
Metroid games are always fun
Kirby games
and of course mario games
Warioware Twisted.
Pokemon Emerald.
Battle Network games maybe, but I found myself breezing through Zero 1-4 (in the MMZ Collection thing) within 2-3 hours for the entire series.
If I didn't suck, it'd only be about 1 hour or less :v:
The Battle Network games take forever since they're RPGs, and a lot of the post-game sidequests require a grind like the secret network in bn3 which required all 150 chips to progress to area three, the Zero games can take very little time because they play a lot like a classic megaman game: it takes awhile for you to get things figured out, but once you get into a groove you can breeze through it.
All nintendo games.
Metroid: zero mission
Metroid fusion
The legend of zelda; Link's awakening (seriously get this game right the fuck now)
Rayman 3 (not Hoodlums Revenge)
and Raving Rabbids (it's an actuall platformer on the GBA)
One game I remember being quite rad was the Extreme Ghostbusters game. Alltough it was short; the animation, soundeffects and music were awesome. Gameplay was allright too.
Kirby adventures in wonderland or something, it's the super colorful remake of the old NDS one.
Also kirby and the mirror labyrinth or something, reeeeeal fun.

It's "Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland" and "Kirby and the Amazing Mirror".
Anyway, as somewhat previously stated: any and all Megaman or Pokemon titles. The GBA also got some good ports of Final Fantasy I, II, IV, V, and VI.
