The joke has been done before. On this same page, even.
70 Kb/s
Wow you guys live in places with good internet offers it seems. At home I can barely reach 600 kb/sec and on Campus like 1.2 mb/sec max.
~8 mb/s
600-700KB/s. I'd hop onto fiber optic based internet, but fuck AT&T, they don't deserve more of my money, even though they're the only ISP in my area that's faster than 1.5mbps.
snip
I usually peak around 7.3MB/s, but Steam says my HDD loves to go from idle to busy whenever I start downloading a game, so my speeds start playing the up-and-down game for about ten minutes straight.
I usually get around 1.5 - 2.1 MB/s at home, but I get around 8 Mb/s sometimes at university. Thing is, my uni's NAT is shit so I always get a shitload of lag in multiplayer.
I get around 2.2 mb per second
Probably 5mb/s, usually goes around 100kb/s to 2mb/s
2MB/s-3MB/s
I got like 1.5MB/s once
I cried
I used to get pretty decent speeds, but now that I have dial-up it blows.
I always have 2 mb/s when downloading in steam, but its around 2.2-2.5 when i download other things
100-300 kb/s
Lucky to hit 400 sometimes if I leave it on during the night.
:(
