Hnnng, 29 hour drive. Why can't we be like Europe and be within 5 hours of each other.
THATS not how it works over here!!!

Seems pretty simple, is the killhouse at D5, and are those objects in F4 cars? I can't decide if its bigger or smaller than my normal outdoor field, but the trees definitely make it look like the fights will be closer grouped together. Is it mostly clear under the forest canopy or is it dense enough that most people won't go through it?
Still trying to figure out what to bring, and while I'll probably bring way too much shit, I'd figure I'd at least try to figure it out.
Embassy is on the right of I4
the entire city is F4-I4
the fuel depot is about where D3 and E3 are
the woods are not very dense in the area next to the city, like F3-J3
the objects in F4 are buildings for the city
[editline]15th November 2012[/editline]
and the fights can get pretty intense in the city since its just a thin strip of buildings, but unless you have a SAW or sniper, I would recommend going around through the field or the woods if there are too many people in the city fighting. gets crowded
Alright cool, do you have a link to up to date rules right now? I'm used to no MED short of physical contact, and I've got a variety of FPS guns I can work with.
I'll be going wherever the mighty Del-Dingo's Warrior Boys need me to go, but I'm at my best in places where I can be turning corners or flanking all the baddies. So long as I'm not getting stuck in a pissing contest where everyone's maximum ranges are meeting up and not hitting I'll be just fine.

i dont want to say disregard the rules, but take them lightly. They are pretty chill at HVA and lenient as long as everyone is having fun. That said, don't go around shooting people in the face at 25 feet away. Last weekend a friend of mine shot someones tooth out with his 450 FPS g&g scar @ 50 feet away.
I havn't been to an OP there yet, but at open play, they don't care if you have a barrel cover on your gun while not playing. The only thing they really care about is eye pro. Don't take off eye pro until they give the all clear. Also, inside the city area, its usually semi auto only. Woods and anywhere else you can do full auto if the person is far enough away. I would say over 50 or 60 feet depending on your fps.
The 60 is still down because of the hop up unit. I'll try and mess with today.
Here is Del-Dingo's loadout.

I basically plan to lead my Warrior Boys as far as I can into the forest and let Deathmog have my cellphone number so whenever he needs us he just calls us and we'll burst from the treeline using my boombox as psychological warfare to blast Lion-King and Waka Wakka Africa as we charge in with out flags and machetes.
If I let you borrow my gopro please record it
Oh, bring radios too guys.

During OPs, the rules are generally much more strict. And if not before, they will if i'm helping run it.

Did that happen to be a guy with a green plate carrier, tall, black hair?
That'd be my brother.

This op will be slightly more up close than usual, (The paintball corner (Line 6 and down) isn't available for our use until December, we have to abide by that, especially since Cousins owns the property - Although the paintballers will not interfere with our game, etc)
nope
I can no longer attend :c

My dreams of a potential Metalman/Stabby ultimate MG team are shattered :(

I have to supervise my grandfather because nobody is going to be home. He has dementia and tends to be mischievous when unsupervised. I really wanted to go to this one :c please pour one out for me at burgerking.

I'm all about Dr. Pepper. Also, should I bring some nerd board games up? I've got Arkham Horror, Axis & Allies, Risk, Risk 2210, and Catan: Struggle for Rome.
I'm currently planning to leave sometime between 12PM-2PM and arrive between 5PM-8PM, so we should have copious time for the doing of things.
Heck, if you really want I can bring my 40K stuff up and we can play some small games.
