Curry in the US is not nearly as good and finding a good curry house is a goddamn epic tale
i've had some good curry in my city dunno bout u
though my dad makes the best chicken makhani?
Ive never had real curry
My only dislike is if you don't clean the dishes straight away the house really stinks of curry the next day.
Although the pros with ordering from JustEat or eating out is that you get none of that.

Even though it's satire the video is still unbelievably cute
So my school sent out an email about a seminar they are going to hold about what to do in an active shooter situation.
They started the email with "ACTIVE SHOOTER RESPONSE"
i still remember getting a text at midnight from my uni's alert system saying "Shots fired! Active shooter on campus!" and I was like oh shit but it turned out to be a bunch of football players playing with airsoft guns
Realizing you're falling in love with your best friend is awful. Just realized what was happening tonight while we were hanging out. Hit me like a truck. Now I'm super depressed because I know it'll never go anywhere.
God damn it.
Reading about Bad Dragon makes me sad it's so pricy.

considering treating myself to another [sp]fleshlight[/sp] this year for Christmas
it'd be like ~$85 so idk if it'd be worth it
I'm not sure if I'm actually writing a good article or so balls-deep in my own hubris that I think it's a good article
The stress of this is letting me avoid thinking about the math final next Saturday that can make me stay another year in uni though so that's nice I guess
When random people in public talk to me it rattles me

I've always been okay doing this but after work this summer it got loads easier. Stopped worrying about it, because they're going to forget me and unless they're a regular I'll forget them. What about it rattles you?

I think they're gonna try and Rob me or some shit, not everyone just mostly black dudes and drugged up looking white people with tattoos
Which sounds prejudice as FUCK but I live in a not so good area it's better than most but shit can happen
Last night was an interesting Holiday Party. Started off good, got to catch up with friends, met a very eccentric Frenchman, ate what was easily the worst bar food i've ever had, and won some shit in a raffle for my bike that's still at my parent's house. Oh yeah and there was a short drag show, first was hot while the 2nd was so big you could feel the room vibrate as she walked past.
"Highlight" of the night was getting asked about when the last time I had been on a date then getting asked by the same guy if I wanted to go on a date with him. I said no because I'm not looking for dates and he's not the kind of guy I'd want to sleep with. (I didn't say the latter out loud) He seemed to take it well so no hard feelings I hope?
Movie night tonight with the S.O., I'm so excited

some 40ish year old woman came up to me randomly once while I was waiting for the bus talking to me about how I look like her son, we talked back and forth a bunch and eventually I asked about her son and she replied that he passed away 2 years ago
made me feel bad for the rest of the day :(

Why did it make you feel bad? You probably made her feel better, someone to talk to, she probably felt like she was talking to her son and it pleased her to get to experience that again.
Same thing happened to me, some older guy about 40 ish kept looking at me (and it was awkward because i thought he was kinda hot) then he told me that i looked A LOT like his son that moved away to South Africa and they haven't talked to each other for 10 years or something. He thanked me for talking to him since my voice sounds a lot like his sons too.
I have a doppleganger somewhere in South Africa apparently!
Some friends from my high school wanted me too play a set themed around future and bass house at their party tonight. Now I have to stay in anyways, but I had to turn down as I haven't listened to that genre and haven't practiced DJ'ing in ages. And the eight hours from now until I would have to show up is not enough to make a set unless they want me to show up with a prerecorded set of generic music that I just play from my laptop
Anyways now the way he reacted has me feeling like the bad guy :v

only loooosers watch movies
We had the Japanese over at work to see our potato machine. Unfortunately before the morning break a valve on the machine broke for the second time in a month and our boss got right mad. Then half the people at work can't get to work for a month because bridges and roads have been shut due to bad weather. The Japanese were very impressed with our machine however, and gave everyone in the department some snacks from hokkaido.
Work now seems to be in a state of chaos due to these problems. The machine breaks every week I've been here. This pure melts my loaf.

Or the kid moved to south africa and learned a horrible secret about a world government conspiracy and used experimental hypnosis to wipe all of his memory so that the conspirators can't interrogate him and learn what he knows. Then he moved to the UK and accidentally had the hots for his dad.
