Is he cute?
No idea what he looks like as of yet, though she describes him as a "cuddly teddy bear" so I figure he's a bit of a plus sized person.
I'd at least like to get to know him, he sounds alright.
Wait, what? A cuddly Finn? Is that even possible?

all finns are naturally cuddly
it's an evolutionary response to -30°C temperatures
The greenhouses at work are in danger of flooding so we held an emergency meeting about it to decide about when to have a meeting to discuss what to do about it. At the same time about fifteen people from northern Ireland came to inspect our machine. I was cleaning samples and it was slightly distressing having fifteen people staring at you while doing it. We also had to keep it running until twenty minutes into the lunch break so as to impress the visitors. Our boss also pinched half of the Japanese snacks and is hoarding them in his office.
For some reason we also have visitors from the syrian government come to visit each year. Apparently the board responsible for quarantining potato cysts there has been functioning quite happily throughout the civil war. That just goes to show that not even ISIS will stop me from getting bags of syrian soil to dump into a machine.

If cuddly means ramming eachother's block volvos into one another on slippery outback roads.

High wind warnings again today. Last month four people died and a million people lost power over here because of a big windstorm. Here we go again.
You know a storm is going to be bad when people start going down like bowling pins.
Meanwhile in the ice wasteland known as Rochester it is a pleasant 56 degrees Fahrenheit.

That's one way of showing affection to one another.
Another good one is sitting in a really hot room naked staring at your own feet.

Tarps on my parents roof is currently held down with 2x6's, bricks, and cinder blocks. Last storm did 12k of damage to the house and roof, and now the roof is leaking
Fuck. Wind. And fuck the recent environmental weirdness in WA, our snowpack is goddamn obliterated because of how dry it is, the state gets burnt to the ground, aforementioned winds help burn more of state to the ground, dust storms from Palouse fed by the FUCKING WINDS, etc etc. And the damn place is still cold as tits

Good lord child, you'll go far
It sure feels fantastic to lose your job, and then realize when you look to them for comfort, how shitty and fake all your friends are, when they abandon you.

I believe there's a technicality that you're not allowed to interact with the employees if you've been terminated. Retired is fine, but terminated is no go. That said, yeah, a lot work place friendships are those "in the moment" things. Once that person is gone, unless you were tight-knit and did shit outside of work, you no longer exist. You could've been the funniest guy there and people knew you by first name, they'll drop you like a bad habit the moment they catch wind that you got the axe.
Life is full of shit like that.
I'm not talking about workplace friends.
I always seem to be wrong! :v:

I still dont get how they fired you. All you gotta do is say your gay. If they dont take you back you can sue em. At least that's how it should work.
