i'm a righty and a lefty oh god it confirms i'm bi holy shit we may be onto something
Master, teach me your way
So, my brother and gf said that wearing a watch on the right arm means that someone is gay? [editline]12th October 2015[/editline] It really doesn't make sense because it's easier to see my watch on the right arm, as weird as it sounds.
I thought we had handkerchiefs for this? I was always taught to wear my watch on my non-dominant hand so it won't get in the way of stuff / get damaged.
I wear mine on my left anyways because I like it there, and if you're a lefty things get in the way anyways
I'm right-handed and I usually wear a watch on my right hand, when I have one. Seriously though that's some grade-school level stupid shit. Reminds me of when kids at school used to say 'if a guy doesn't get married by the time he's 30, he's gay'. Back then I didn't give a shit either way and assumed I was straight because society, and hearing that in grade school made me think that I would just automatically become gay if I hit 30 without marrying someone. :v: [sp]I'm only 20 and I'm gay anyways.[/sp] :excited: [editline]11th October 2015[/editline] Note: I also had no idea what 'gay' meant, and I assumed based on how everyone at school said it that it was something really horrible. Turns out grade school kids are fuckin' idiots. Who'd have thought?

I'm reading this thread from the first page, I just want to say that this is indeed a great album.
Its 10:30am and im already hungry
always just found it easier to keep my watch on my left arm upside down. that way ill be using my dominant hand and have my left readily available and wearing it upside down i dont have to turn my wrist around.
I've never found the point of a watch after i've had a smart phone. It's only like an extra few seconds to get my phone out to check the time.
I've never found the point of a watch after i've had a smart phone. It's only like an extra few seconds to get my phone out to check the time.
It's easier if you have your hands full, or if you want to show off your expensive watch, not much point other than that.
I need a new watch, whenever the alarm goes off, so does the display. :v: Battery's not replaceable without tearing the strap off, either.
I used to wear my watch on my right hand, I guess your story checks out.
It's easier if you have your hands full, or if you want to show off your expensive watch, not much point other than that.
its also pretty neato if school are strict with mobile phones.
the rpoblem wiht right hand watch is that if you're holding something like a cup everything spills out if you fuck up.
Bitch. Ass. Tits. Sorry, is that not allowed in this thread?
Bitch. Ass. Tits. Sorry, is that not allowed in this thread?
We're all about the ass.
We're all about the ass.
Porque?
ÆSS
Porque?
Ass is great for input.
I've never found the point of a watch after i've had a smart phone. In general though, watches are one of the few fashion accessory items men get so that's why I wore it, looked nice and was part of my style expression or whatever My cold recovery plan was glorious last night: nyquil, new sheets, and a thirty minute shower in which I reshaved my legs. It was glorious
Just watched Proprika. All in all, I think it's pretty good. Trippy, confusing, but, the babbling gibberish for a setting and a story that you're exposed to is rather quite pleasant. (That means good luck - the ceiling fan sitting under the kitchen will release a bunch of presamphamones!)
You don't know? Left-handed people are autogay.
Haha :v: Left-handed people unite!
So Mark Morrison is apparently at work, on my day off... :why: I missed Rick Ross too, but I'm always there when we get people from lame shit like hollyoaks
its also pretty neato if school are strict with mobile phones.
My highschool teachers asked me to take my smartwatch off, because they thought I would be texting in class. I refused multiple times and they threatened to suspend me, but then I guess it occurred to them that it's a fucking watch, and it would be pretty obvious if I was asking my watch questions in class.
So I just called to schedule an appointment with This therapist to start using my work's free therapy sessions to try and help with my anxiety and depression. Usually I'm really good on the phone but holy shit trying to leave a coherent voicemail for something like this that terrifies the shit out of me turned me into a mess. I hope the message I left was coherent enough, lol... On the bright side, she looks like a really promising option. She takes the insurance I'll have once I get full time, her office is located in a way where I can stop at that nice little cafe in town on the way home without going out of my way so I can sit and digest/mull over the sessions over some hot tea to relax, and something about her voice in her voicemail just clicked as a "yes" to me, which is really good. I'm feeling... optimistic, for once. Terrified, utterly and completely terrified, but optimistic.

But the reason I bothered you so much to see someone is that there is only so much I can do to talk to you over text, and I don't really have the training to say the right things. I'm always worrying I'm doing more damage than good. The key is finding a therapist that makes you feel comfortable and safe, so that you can trust them. You are making steps on the road to recovery and this honestly is very brave and shows well for yourself: you made the decision to do this and realized you need external help. That's one of the most intelligent things you can do. I wish there wasn't any societal stigma against therapy. Mental health is just as important (if not more) than physical help and visits to a therapist, either rarely or regularly, are like visiting a mental health GP. small tweaks to your thinking kr being able to better analyze your thoughts is a huge gift to yourself. It's like keeping up with dentist checkups or optometry checkups.

That's all that matters, is that you cared enough to try, and that you pushed for me to see a professional. You're a really good friend. Thank you.
