Perhaps I stated some things wrong. I go the gym with what I want to do in mind and I know what I want. I know to alternate what body part is being worked out, to overload progressively, etc. Im not some weird dude in the gym who does every machine in the gym and leaves. I've been playing basketball for 15 years and Im at a collegiate level, I've worked under multiple trainers, and I'm majoring in exercise science with a minor in nutrition I dont like writing things down, thats boring to me. I like to exercise dynamically, to me that means walking in the gym and telling myself "alright lets get it on." Then I take whatever exercises I wanna do I have stored in my brain and do them. If theyre too easy I crank up the difficulty. Trust me, I know what it takes to succeed and build muscle. I just operate in a different way and my physical attributes prove it.
exhausted as hell. 310lbs on cleans for 10 singles. Feeltiredmang.jpg maxed out on cleans monday, did heavy ass clean and jerks and snatches tuesday, and now this. o lawd

tbh I stopped doing curls for the longest time bc fuck curls but now my tris overly dominate my arms making my bis look nonexistent so i started doing curls again making some prog after 2 weeks nbd

monday: chest + back wednesday: arms + shoulders friday: legs this is what I've been following the past few months, and it's been going pretty well monday exercises: bench press, vertical rows, incline bench, then kneeling rows. wed: hammer curls, one-hand tri extension, shoulder raises + shoulder press friday: stiff-legged deadlifts, dumbbell squats, and lunges I can't really do much more because all we got at our gym are dumbbells up to 50 lbs and a row machine

Or is that not allowed? Same with deadlifting or barbell row. That right there would increase your workload tremendously. Or find a new gym.
don't got any bars j: the only other gym within an hour's distance is my school gym, but it is full 24/7 and I have band after school, and the gym closes after 4 (when band gets out.) so sad da lyfe ;c
