Track and Field killing my gains. Should I start chowing down more protein-filled delicious calories or am I doomed to be a small, weak skinnyfag come June?
i just stretch through the exercise itself. I don't go find bars and hang upside down while twisting my arms around to get ready for bench, i just do a few warmup sets of bench. why the fuck would i twist my body in unnecessary ways when i'm not going to be using that ROM, been stretching using the exercises themselves (IE warmup squats, warmup lunges, warmup BP etc.) for years and have yet to injure myself even when dropping 130lb dumbbells on my chest

full body stretch routine, done daily, helps with mobility. you don't have to push super hard, but just go until you can feel a bit of tension.
mobility is the key to feeling better, and not having small cramped muscles that look like shit.
How long did it take before you properly saw progress in yourself?

5-8 weeks.
But i am skinny as fuck, and when you add 1000+ calories to your diet and work in a strength program suddenly, you'll put on a good 1-1.5 lbs a week.
how much of that is actual lean muscle, probably very little, most of it is probably water weight and fat, but at my weight, thats still health and positive gains.
Gone up 8 lbs in 6 weeks, feeling the noob gains for sure. I am about to re-define my diet though and try to find some healthier sources of calories, carbs and proteins. (fewer microwavable meals, less shitty school lunches)
Once i hit +15 lbs, ill cut down my calorie intake to what it was before, and just do strength training, cardio, and endurance esqu stuff, since that'll be right before I leave for RTC (Boot Camp).
i got 3kg fatter in 2 weeks. 1kg is surely water, but since i am at the same body fat, i think at least 1kg is muscle. YAY

However with saying that I don't really stretch before a workout, just do a warm up set or 2.
you're not going to gain 5lbs of muscle in a month and you're not going to lose 5lbs of fat in a week pls quit thinking this is possible. it's like people who start a cut and go "fuark i've lost like 10lbs in a week i'm going to be shredded in no time" yet don't realize wtf water weight is and wonder why they don't look any different

do you have on going kidney issues right now? no? then stop worrying about shit that might happen anyway because you are prone to it genetically. you eat toxics on a daily basis and if you are not obligated to be hooked by a dialysis machine, then why is suddenly creatine such a big issue? it's just more dense dosages of what you regularly get from meat.

I stopped working out for a while. Started back again about 3 months ago. I went from 174lbs -> 208lbs with the addition of some fat on my stomach.

Was at the clothes store today, cuz one of my jeans ripped in the ass, so had to buy some new shit.
So, I picked some jeans and talked with the girl working there. Kinda cute. Anyways, I pick out some jeans and some t-shirts, and I go to the changing booth and take off my clothes. As many know, those booths have good light, and I start mirin' myself in the mirror. Just flexin' and shit.
I stare more into the mirror, and I see the girl working there peeking through the curtain, and she suddenly jumps when I turn around and notice her. She immediatly says that she had some shirts she thought would fit me.
Today was the first day I've caught someone else mirin'!
