^ joining a frat at a college helps you get connected real quicklike. you make easy buddies and plus it'll help you with job opportunities or whatever the fuck you wanna do drinking underage is w/e just dont get CAUGHT doin it. although most people will let you off with a slap on the wrist for now. also dont fuckin upload or post shit you wouldnt want a potential employer to read on whatever social networking site you use(if you even use them). and ABOFF AHL its essentially a new start for you. no ones there to judge so just do whatever the fuck you wanna do(like get blown by three broads in one night)

went to the crossfit place today. Managed to power snatch and regular snatch 65 kg's, but I almost snapped my shit up trying to clean and jerk 80kg's. It's also using the stupid lbs system.

Also, Day 1: Pec + Triceps Day 2: Back + Biceps Day 3: Legs + Shoulders Work out 2 days and 1 rest. Example: Day 1, Day 2, pause, Day 3, Day 1, pause, Day 2, Day 3, pause etc. Take a full 5 day break each 8 weeks. You can also take 2 days off intead of 1 when you feel too tired.

Having a six pack has little to do with lifting and everything to do with nutrition, bring that there bodyfat down to 10-12% and enjoy your abs, regardless of if you work them or not.

Work abs on Day 1 and Day 3 for example, or space them out with a day or two of pause in between. Work abs while recovering between sets. Do 30-50 crunches each pause for example.
Bought a pair of adjustable dumbells, 2x10kg. With my old weights I can go up to 2x20kg, should be enough for a beginner. My main focus are barbell exercises (bech press, shoulder press, squat, deadlift, row...), but I plan to add dumbell flys, lateral raises, front raises and maybe dumbell bicep curls, in my routine. Any dumbell recomendations ?

Damnit, I just found a muscle group worst than my pecs. I have the worst ass, I just have two flabby fat cheeks, time to do some barbell glutes bridges or something.
