do full squats and deadlifts. that's how i got my ass.... i think it's one of the few muscle groups no one ever needs to isolate, like, i've never seen a bodybuilder do glute bridges. i've seen powerlifters do it, but that's on a complete different subject....

lulz wot BBers isolate glutes hardcore, lots of them dedicate an entire day to glutes because it's one of the few muscles that if it's focused on it can really put one BBer above another in a competition.

My family is retarded. I'm currently at 179 lbs, I'm "guessing" that I'll be at my goal 10-12% by the time I hit 170 lbs because I look around 15% right now but my muscles glycogen store is at an absolute 0 so I look skinny and weak right now and they're all worried I'm trying to become an anorexic, get a load of these faggots.
Just waiting for my cut to be done so that I can show these faggots that I mean business and bulk up to massive muscles.
I'm 168lb, 5'11". I've lost 50lbs of fat since November. Should I try to cut more before I start my bulk? I want to start bulking before I look skinny fat. I don't mind a dirty/quick bulk, but I don't want to eat a bunch of unhealthy shit just to meet my requirements.
I also need to be able to pass some basic military fitness tests. Would it be possible to fit cardio into a program like Starting Strength?

how tall are you? 170lbs is a decent weight for someone who's around 5'8ish if they lift. if you're around the 6' range i'd stop cutting and eat a teeeeny bit above your maintenance, but really clean foods (lots of chicken breast, fish, spinach etc.) if you do shit right you can do a slow bulk but look a lot leaner.

at 5'11, nosir. depending on how your metabolism is / your daily activities i'd start eating around 3k cals and see if you're gaining weight, while doing some sort of a 3-5 day split. do cardios on the weekend if you want to get that in, but if you're going to do cardio you'll have to up your caloric intake in order to gain muscle. although it's possible to gain strength and lose weight at the same time (really fucking hard)

then i'd start to up your cals about 100-200 a week until you find where your maintenance is (and make sure to keep it memorized for the future, although your maintenance will definitely go up) and then from your maintenance just eat 300-500 cals above it. it's a slow process but as long as you're eating a caloric surplus (don't eat 1k above it unless you want to get chubs) and putting in the effort every day you'll start to lean out and gain some muscle.
if you don't want to do that though and keep cutting just as a self-confidence kind of thing, go right ahead. i just wouldn't shoot for 10%, more around the 12-13% area. someone your height to look half decent at 10% would need to be 180-190lbs. at 10%.

im eating in the 2500-3000 calorie range per day and its really difficult for me, im not used to it yet. nearly every day im about to give up and just not eat again but i force myself to anyway. for getting in shape for me so far, the working out isnt the hard part, its the eating.

every medical professional ive seen said i was fine so idrc. im not really getting in shape for aesthetic purposes its mostly for general fitness improvement. (though looking nice is a nice side effect.)

On recommendation of Pandamox, it's time to up the calories a bit and get that mass again, was getting fucking sick of cutting anyway.
Over the course of losing 86 pounds, I've gotten way stronger on every exercises I do but my mass is somewhat pitiful, time to get swoleeeeeeeeeee.
