[editline]23rd March 2013[/editline] Probably because I lost weight slowly, I lost this 85 lbs in 2 years of semi-serious to serious working out, I didn't lose it with some of these miracle diets that you lose 100 pounds in 6 months then when you're done with your diet, you gain twice what you lost.

I do pretty good zoning out the shit music, so I don't [i]really[/i] notice it that much, but still, some of the songs get stuck in my head. I try to counteract it by listening to music before hand like during the drive to the gym or right before I leave and try to get a song stuck in my head. It works sometimes. But still, the Top 20 bullshit is like detrimental to my health. I always get the feeling my brain is just evaporating when I hear top 20 shit.

personally, traps you can do on both. they don't give me a hard time on each of the days. Deadlifts though, i would seperate both days, but that's me.

Decided to cut until 170 before I bulk again after all, 9 pounds remaining so I'm not too far off, worst case scenario, I made a bad decision and I'm only very slightly set back, it's not like I'm destroying my life trying to become fit by losing that there additional 9 pounds.

Once I hit 170, I'd dirty bulk so hard but I think I'll go somewhat clean, I'm just happy that I'll be able to eat more.
