Go straight to mass building programs. If you eat your maintenance, your force will grow, mass too, and you'll also lose fat.
Instead of cutting, just eat maintenance and train for mass. Kickstarts the shit :)
I lost 145 pounds, and now I have all this loose skin. I look like a deflated balloon now.

Because I got fat when I was a kid, so I didn't know that I would be scarred like that, and I also didn't really realize how fat I was until I was in middle school.

As an ex-fattie, it's kind of a weird thing.
You don't actually realize you're fat, you only think you have a few pounds too many, like before, I'd look at myself in the mirror and I would be like "Ahh, only a few pounds above what I should be." Now that I look back, I go "Holy fuck, when did I ever let myself get so fat"
It's real psychological thing and it's weird to explain but you don't outright realize that you're fat as hell and that it's dangerous.

Yeah, same here as a fellow fattie. I've been fat ever since age 3 or thereabouts and am now trying to shed the weight. I've no willpower against my mum giving me food.
I know this exact feel as an ex-skeletor, never thought i was THAT small but i was skin and bone like 120~ lbs, a year later and i'm 160

after friday's lift I am expecting anything. We were doing a plank exercise where you put plates on your back progressively as time goes on. Some guy had like 5 45 lb plates on his back

Decided to pinch gripping some plates, I can do it with 25 lbs npnp except the problem is my pinkie finger.
I've got fucking girl's hands but my pinkie finger is just made out of jelly apparently, pinched the plate too hard, MY FUCKING PINKIE DECIDED TO CURVE THE WRONG WAY.
Oh also, my past history of arthritis probably doesn't help my pinkie finger curving the wrong fucking way when I'm pinching plates. I think I'll just keep to grabbing heavy dumbbells really hard.

It's just another kind of gripping strength, instead of grabbing a DB/BB really hard, you just pinch a plate really hard with your fingers so that it doesn't fall.
Also Qeef, 10 lbs are piss easy, my pinkie is just a piece of shit and is imploding on itself regardless of the weight I pinch, fucking weak ass hand bones, I got big and long girly fingers, perfect for fingering the G-string, not so much for pinching plates.
I should really get a gym buddy that can spot me on bench presses. Today I was on my last rep and my arms just gave up. I let the bar rest on my chest and try again but no luck. Look up and theres another guy resting so I ask him to help me.
He turns to me and smiles and gives me a thumbs up.

So I ask him again, this time he actually expresses he didnt understand what I said. Only at the third time did he get it and help me up.
That happened to me last week, but I was alone in my garage. Need to make something so I can rest the bar when I fail, or there will be no progress.

If you fail a rep on bench press, either try and lifted it to the "Jesus" bars, or roll it forward off your body and on to the bench and stand up and do like a half deadlift.

I've always preferred the push with one arm and pull with the other method. Get that barbell off to one side of your body asap.
