ughhhh I hate cutting so fucking much
KEEP SWEATIN BRO
I'm getting pretty lazy with my workouts skipped the gym yesterday so I went today and holy shit my arms are dead could hardly pick up the skillet to make eggs.
ye bra curl hard bra
I have no idea why i was banned
For sure its just a number, I just kind of want to know about how much pounds I should expect to have to shed still before I get near that goal of mine, just wondering how long I should expect my cut to be still.
all you have is guesstimates. event the caliper itself is a tool you estimate your bodyfat levels. as long as you are on a steady decline and your bodyrecomposition and training are improving/energetic it's just a useless number.
me and my brother started working out recently, just wondering if this is an ok routine for beginners A: Squats, Bench, Barbell Rows B: Squats, Deadlift, Overhead Press plus 10-15 min of cardio as a warm up

i see. should i be doing these every day or just putting them on alternating days like the rest of our routine? also, how many pull-ups should i be doing ideally, just until failure?
i see. should i be doing these every day or just putting them on alternating days like the rest of our routine? also, how many pull-ups should i be doing ideally, just until failure?
if you're doing planks unweighted (bodyweight only) do them daily, do at least 4 of them, for 1 to 2 minutes each pull-ups do at least 40 (in multiple sets obviously). Volume is what's most important here, and you should be able to do at least 10 in one go at them, if you can't that's okay, it will just take you longer is all.
thanks for the advice, i'll be sure to try all that out. my brother has been working out for around half a year, and there are personal trainers at our gym that help us out. my form was awful to begin with but once i found the right weight to start with the trainers helped me get it right.
Counting todays weight, ive lost 25kg and im starting to look human again, i could post my progress pic later but im warning you bros shit aint pretty
judgement free zone brah, keep up with your progress
I love getting stronger.
I should spend more time exercising.
Yes.
You people are really nice.
guys i have to post a confession my cut thus far has been going well... until this week Yesterday, I was at like 1200 calories at 6 pm... I've been sick for the past 3 days, and have been overeating because boredom, so I was going to snap back into my diet, and i was going to eat a small meal to get me to like 1600, since I hadn't worked out that day or the past 3. However, when I looked at supper, I couldn't resist myself. I devoured 3 huge fucking venison sub/sandwich whatever the fuck they are. Like really fast. I don't even know what happened, I just looked at it and fucking destroyed it. I have never eaten so fast and I felt like a shit head after. I ate like 3600 calories and I feel like i'm never gonna get sub 15% bodyfat. Sorry for that, just had to release some steam
we all fail before we succeed nomsayin. just count to 10 next time you feel like cheating on your diet and ask yourself if it's really fukin worth it spoiler: [sp]it's not [/sp] u gotta get that dream body

[t]http://i.imgur.com/Tl5A2vZ.jpg[/t] Screw these small images, Arnold's face is me trying to read that. Anyways, I've been doing more squats recently. It's something easy for me to do that I can work on while I slowly progress benching. Also more deadlifts.
thanks for the input guys love u brahs no homo lil homo
I'm beginning to get a hang of this "eating" thing. I ate 2500 yesterday and more than 3000 today. I'm gonna get more whole grains in my diet and my diet should sort of balance itself out. [editline]1st March 2013[/editline] Also sodium but I don't eat pizza and a gallon of mac and cheese every day so
should cut the processed shit
Aye, lots of processed shit in there. Depending on your goals also, 110g of brotein is rather small.
feel like all my cutting progress has gone down the drain due to the binges this week fuck me
im eating chocolate bars while cutting gargle my gonads you silly shit [editline]2nd March 2013[/editline] p.s my hair literally got thinned out from trenbolone LMAO cut that shit out right quick fuck me
feel like all my cutting progress has gone down the drain due to the binges this week fuck me
man up one week isn't gonna fuck u up oh no i went 300 cals over my target for one day better cry my cut is ruined stfu
Aye, lots of processed shit in there. Depending on your goals also, 110g of brotein is rather small.
Any advice for identifying processed foods? I'm not used to examining my diet like this, I've only been eating this way for about a week. Also, I weigh 110~115 pounds (it fluctuates,) is 110 g protein good enough because it's roughly 1g protein/1lb bodyweight, or should I actually be eating more protein given my situation? It shouldn't be a problem for me to achieve, it would just involve me drinking a protein shake every night or maybe eating some more trail mix. [editline]2nd March 2013[/editline] Oh, and I'm aiming to weigh about 150-160 (I'm 5'11" with what is apparently a "small" frame according to Google,) pounds by two years using bodyweight training to get my strength and flexibility up, possibly hitting the gym for freeweights more once my cash situation improves.
