I actually have no clue if drugs affects muscle gain/growth/whatever the fuck in any way or form so for the most part we're just being fags because durgs are bad mmkay/
Though I can't imagine having a good workout session after tripping for 10 hours and I assume taking drugs can probably cause some hormonals fuckery which is never good for dah gainz~~~

My chest is fucking burning from yesterday's chest day because I didn't lift in a week, feels gud.
I miss DOMS sometimes, I only have that shit the first week I work out after a week break then I never get it again until the next first week after a break.
im sleeping for days. tripping was great it just lasted about 8 hours too long
With the limited knowledge I have, I've tried to set myself up a lifting plan for my gym (you need one, or no entry)
Day 1
5x3 Bent Over Rows
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift
Day 2
3x5 Squats
6x5 Lat Pulldown
3x5 OHP
Day 3
1x5 Deadlift
3x5 Bench Press
3x3 Weighted Pull Ups
So, how retarded is this, and what should I remove/replace?
For reference, this is for strength, my back and legs are my weak points, so that's what I'm doing to start, when they equalise with everything else I'll change the program.

sounds okay for starting out. make sure to pick weights so you're doing your chosen reps until failure (that means you can't do another rep without help)
though for sensible movements such as deadlifts, make it so you could do 1 or 2 more reps. take it easy with the sensible stuff at first.

fuark looking at other peoples workouts in this thread i feel like i'm doing tons of volume. 5-6 days a week (saturday is usually back and bis if i do go sat), monday - friday.
monday - chest, abs
tuesday - shalves (shoulder, calves)
wednesday - back
thursday - eeeearrrrrmmmmsss
friday - legs
Monday i do i'd say 6 exercises at 4-5 sets each for chest, then abs i just do whatever the fuck
tuesday i do 7 exercises for shoulders and 4 for calves, again 4-5 sets each
wednesday i do like 9 exercises 4-6 sets each
thursday i do 6 for bis and 5 for tris, 5-6 sets each
friday i do about 10 sets of squats then strip set into reverse strip set nonstop on leg press with 9 plates then some ext and SS with curls and some lunges and all this shiz

Aww shit nigs I am so fucking sore and tired. Compound effect, especially on my abs. Started with Monday's lift and Karate class. Then last night I had a fucking ridiculous BJJ class that had everyone feeling dead at the end. Then today's lift took a lot out of me. Had to dig deep to finish everything.
Not sure if I have crossed the line on working through shit, but we will find out tomorrow and Friday if these last three days were too much. I'm not used to my Karate and BJJ classes killing me as much as they have this week, so that is part of it.
Also, since this came up on the Stronglifts 5x5 Facebook page, I found that I'm doing high bar squats, but Mehdi advocates/focuses on low bar squats. It seems like such a subtle difference between the two that I don't know if I should care which one I'm doing since they both still primarily work the same parts. Right?
I tried low bar squats today with low low weight, but still, my back and shoulders did not like them and felt a lot of strain. High bar squats feel much more natural to me.

high bar squats are not really good for the knee joint. keep doing low bar squats and try properly stretching your back and shoulders specifically before doing squats. legs could be stretched too, it helps.

idk since i'm cutting currently i don't go out and drink and party on weekends as much (maybe once or twice a month) so i have nothing to do and usually end up hitting up the gym again. also ordered some GAT and got a free GAT shirt it's sickening

Though it's hard to tell the difference with only 8 pounds, you seem slightly less bony around the chest area and stomach area a little bit, keep up the good work and get that there weight.

Fuck, I feel like I'm eating so little now and I've got no energy left for the daily work out.
If I haven't lost a pound by the end of this week, I'll deem this shitty cut done and bulk so I can actually get some mass going and better strength gains. Will probably just eat a bit over maintenance so that I don't become a 265 lbs fattie again.
The call of the food is asking for me. Will probably bulk back to 190 since I'm ~179 now, 10-11 lbs at slightly over maintenance should take an okay amount of time and result in some good gains.
Youre limiting yourself... At your level limiting intake is absurd,when youre at kai greenes level u can go ahead and limit what is already pretty damn limited. If i were u id push on,take a full diet break,regroup and lose like five or seven more kilos. By the picture thats the amount u should get off imo
been having crazy heart palpitations for the past 5 days or so and it's getting progressively worse
i used to have them every once in a while, sometimes catching a break for months to a year. talked to a doctor long before but they didn't say anything helpful, just it's nothing to worry about
