My breaks over. Time to go ham.
Before schools over I going to clean 365lbs, Bench 340, Jerk 330, Military Press 240 and set the state record in shot. Already got the school record, just gotta jump up 7 more feet.

I am nigga genetics. I probably lost a good 10lbs over this break.
It's funny how even though I'm getting high as shit and drinking like a tank and eating fast food 3x a day I manage to lose weight.

yeah so i went to that gym i talked about a week or two ago and it is just a basketball court, no weights. so i'm stuck with dumbbells again forever.
Dumbbells are boss though, can do pretty much anything you want with them. (Given they're heavy enough.)

Oops, been misinterpreting full diet break, fuck easter and chocolate.
If I was lifting for sport, I would be the most confused lifter ever. Would probably train for bodybuilding 1/4th the year, powerlifting 1/4th and olympic lifting the other half. Started lifting to look swole, then I started training to get stronger now I just lift to improve my sport.
Ill post something like a transformation for you guys but also for myself as a reminder

Then I started doing 5x5 with some ghetto ass makeshift weights and stopped when I moved out to study. I then stopped doing the program so regularly because I would never really have time to do everything. I started it again last month and this is how it is now

I guess it could be better, but its how it is. And those marks are of my years with bad posture, I hate them (see image above)
Difference may not be that apparent through the images, and I dont really have any other good pictures from before, but I feel a lot better, my shoulders grew larger and everything more good looking. Penis still the same
It is really hard to see any progress since the first two pictures are kind of bad and it's hard to see anything when you're hunched over.
sober saturday. REALLY REALLY good day of practice. Gonna top it off with my first step in a gym in two weeks in a half hour.
Finally starting to warmup here in virginia, now hopefully we'll start working out outside now.
I love working out with the football team, so many creative workouts.
My personal faves:
-Put a bar loaded with w/e weight you can do on your shoulders and do lunges for about 20 or some meters
-Zig zag in between cones, flip a big ass tire over, and zig zag back.
and at the end we have a competition where we take the strongest dude from each grade level and the basketball team(me) where each person holds a squat while holding a 45lb plate with arms extended for as long as possible. I beat everyone but this huge ass lineman. Kinda embarrassing for the football team when a basketball players beats 3 out of your 4 guys in a test of strength but I guess its fine because you gotta hold that defensive stance in basketball yo

Most d3 players I know weren't that good in highschool, some didn't even start, they just loved the game or had a lot of pride.

that's what i've been doing for the past year
fall/winter is power lifting and oly lifting
spring summer is mostly bodybuilding with some strength and power exercises
got a little high. didnt eat bad tho. lifted and had a decent day

can anyone recommend a good pull up bar (that you put on doors or whatever)
because I'm not sure what to look for and I know someone who bought a shit one or failed to put it up properly and ended up in hospital with spinal damage

what is the easiest way of doing pullups at home then?
I bought one of these tall racks where you can do pullups/dips/pushups/hanging leg raises.
Loving it, it was like 150$ and it's tall but it's not really large or anything so it fits pretty much anywhere and I have no chance of exploding one of my doorframes or something.
