I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that ate and drank like shit on Easter.
I would get fuckedz up a lot when I was in my teens (now 20). I would do it alonezdf too, but I would drink 4 da taste too. I don't drink nearly as much as I used too. Also, ate candy and cake and more candy for easter. Along with a Thanksgiving sized dinner.

Good fucking lord, one of my dumbbell's bar broke so I couldn't press properly today for chest day. All I could do was take up the heaviest plate I had and straight up pump it on the bench but the heaviest plate I have is 35 lbs so I was just pumping it 30 times and it kind of sucked. Gotta get new DB' bars asap.

more like, hold 10kg plates in each hand for whatever amount of time. you'll be forced to hold them with your fingers too and not only with your forearms, it will strengthen all your shit.

Stalled at 170lbs. Fuck Easter and fuck chocolate Should I just start my bulk now. Down to 170 from nearly 220. I'm still a bit chunky around the waist, but I need to get my strongth up for ROTC WHAT ARE some programs yall recommend? I don't give one shit about looks, I need gains asap so my recruiter doesn't think a stick walked into his office [editline]2nd April 2013[/editline] Maybe need to fit some cardio into this shit, idk. If you're a complete beginner you might see faster gains with SS, idk, but I think that Greyskull is a better all-around program. As for some programs, if you're past the whole beginner stage, I've heard good things about Greyskull, you could always make your own program too, if you're still at the beginner stage, stuff like P90X is decent and of course, the true and tested 5x5 stronglifts.

Weight myself at 182 lbs after dinner, rip my cut because I suck at grasping the concept of eating at maintenance on a full diet break. Go work out, right after work out, weight myself at 180.8 lbs, fucking 1.2 pounds of sweat my nigga. Also now that my muscles aren't fucking depleted of shitnutrients 24/7, I finally got my mom to stfu about me trying to become anorexic because I swole up a little bit.
I'm so close to being done with my diet so I can start clean bulking. Started: 180lbs, 24% BF, skinny-fat looking, Waist Size was 34-36 Now: 160lbs, 16-18% BF, skinny with some chub on the side and muscle development, Waist Size now 31-32 Bros, 2 more months to that magical 13% BF. I can almost smell the good healthiness. Right now all I smell is sweat from running a 5K. [editline]2nd April 2013[/editline] Oh yeah, and I started my diet back in mid January
why yall niggas at the gym have to do chest on the same fuckin day i do srsly snabbin all the dumbbells and barbells fuckin shit makin me do shoulders and back on my intended chest day

Now: 180lbs, fuckingunknown BF, I'm assuming ~15%, looking decent on the mosooles, still got a bit of a belly flab because of some loose skin but it's not as bad as it could be, refer to the picture I posted a few pages back. Waist size is now probably 32, I was wearing 34 back when I was ~195lbs.

Hell, even going like 30mins earlier/later might free those up for ya. I have a huge amount of luxury time since I don't go to school or work right now (haven't done either for over 6 months actually...). I'm working on getting work though. Main thing I do is train martial arts. But yeah my point is I have a pretty big time period in which I can go to the gym, so maybe I'm just spoiled but yeah try going at a different time. Most people maintain a gym schedule, so chances are you can avoid the clusterfuck of people by going earlier/later.
