heard the drop from the first one mashed into an endless amount of songs, so sick. all about dat EDM lyf brotha, Tomorrowland 2014 be there or be square.
saw hardwell, DANNIC and Dyro live the weekend after bingoplayers were in calgary, and then armin van buuren was there the weekend after at the same venue. srs if i could have i would have spent 3 weeks in a row in calgary, i think aoki was there a few weeks before as well and some others, sander van doorn i think.
if you can fucking elbow your way to the front using your size and mass, i did that at Hardwell and didn't give up my position for like 5 hours. was totally worth it

Also, today at my gym, instead of the usual top 20 bullshit, they put on Pandora and I'm pretty sure it was some sort of classics/80's channel. Was a pretty good session since for once there was music I could actually stand and get in to. I do a pretty good job blocking out the top 20 bs, but still, it gets to me.
I don't like the idea of bringing my mp3 player (yeah no iPod here Zune HD for life.....) since I never know when I might need to hear something. I could only be comfortable using it if I'm doing cardio on a machine or running (there is actually a very long, like over 10 miles, paved trail within walking distance of my house. I usually bike on it, but I occasionally walk or run it).

i usually put it in one ear at a time so I can hear things out of my free ear yet you can still focus on the music.

I started 5x5 yesterday and my glutes and quads are literally killing me. I looked like I was fucking disabled when I tried walking on stairs today :v:
I hope it'll go away tomorrow because I'm going to the gym again, and today I even have a hard time sitting down

European weightlifting championship going on, and two of the lifters are in my oly club. tense!
Son of a bitch, had a great chest work out yesterday for once and my chest is actually sore, something I rarely feel, I even got to up the weights.
Wake up this morning, right shoulderblade is killing me, can't move my right arm, rip working out. Guess I'll have to take a forced break, fuck this shit.
While most of my muscles dont get sore, my chest always does. Coincidentally it's also one of my my best bodyparts.
My chest rarely gets sore and it's my worst bodypart, hate the piece of shit.
My calves are sore as fuck I can barely walk.
Although my meagre muscles don't really belong here, I'll also add that my "chest muscles" are also non-existent, literally. If I bring my arms foward and sort of flex them the tighten the chest muscles there's just an incavity where they're supposed to be. I probably should try to do something about that, but oh well.

good article. i'll also add that on the other side of the spectrum, in contrast of the all mighty big breasted-monday monkeys there's also a darker side of benching, people like heigou or major helper for example who throughout the years have actually neglected their chest muscles due to bad posture maybe, injuries etc ..
this article brings up good points which forget about in the midst of their tenacious attempts to achieve a bigger chest. in sum, the fact people forget to bench with their pecs. in contrast to most of the movements, it's really easy to neglect the chest with the bench press. the bench in it's origins is actually a tricep movement hence the bench shirt for example.
read the article, i won't go into details unless someone wants me to . it's personal anecdotes at best and observations.
I had a decent chest work out yesterday and my chest is really sore today. I think my biggest problem is mental plateau, I've always had a weak chest so even if I'm doing a progressive overload kind of thing, I'm always reluctant to up the weight in fear that I just won't be able to lift it, As of yesterday, I only lift 45 lbs dumbbells per arms on my dumbbell presses..
Yesterday though, I decided to add 5 lbs per arms (Up to 45 from 40 as I said) and not only did I complete 3 sets with the heavier weights, I actually felt my chest working a bit and sore as shit today, so lifting heavier might also be the solution.
Unfortunately can't finish my week because it feels like someone tore off my right shoulderblade for unknown reasons and I don't want to aggravate it so I'm having to take a forced break.

Same thing happened to me with my first 5x5 squats. I actually had to wait a whole week before starting up again, but then I was fine.
i got a half way decent lift today. even tho my bench only seems to go down lol. Still benching less than I i did over 2 years ago when I was 30 lbs lighter. wtf mane.
I swear cottage cheese has turned into my life blood.
