Biceps and back today, I'm finding this new workout is doing pretty good however it isn't leaving me with much to fill my workout session up with. I usually do 5 exercises per muscle group, but this only gives me 3 and I wind up finishing 30-45 minutes early and not feeling as worked as I want to. I tack on a few extra ones but I'm torn between whether I should just stick to the plan or continue with what I'm currently doing.

load harder, do 4x8 for everything and 4x10 for some back exercices, go to failure on every set.
do 3-4 exercices for main bodypart, from which 2 is compound, then 2 for the other bodypart (for example, pec + tri and back + bi). keep legs and shoulders on separate days.
in general, do 5 exercices for legs too, and shoulders too.

Good advice, I don't feel like I have been pushing myself as hard as I would like, I'm getting a good workout but not as good as I can make it, ill try going to fail every set tomorrow, see how that turns out.

that's a pretty solid workout. do everything so you can't do more reps than it's written there. if you have to do 10, and on the 3rd set you only do 8 it's fine don't worry. on the 4th you could deload 1kg on each side :)

Shoulders and forearms today, did the standard workout but added one more set onto each workiut where I would decrease the weights until its pretty much nothing or just my arms, like on military press. Feel good and sore, loving this workout plan.

Anyways, Doin SS now instead of this. Feels so much better than what I was previously doing. Added dips and skull crushers to workout A and Chin-ups and Knee Raises to B.
